“friendly tool but pricing may be high
Pros
it is incredibly easy to use and one of the features I really love is the ability to customize it for both clients and employees. In case of an emergency with an employee, it makes it super simple to assign another available employee to fill in for them. No more scrambling to figure out who's free! It also helps keep track of which employees are the best match for each client which is crucial. If a client does not click with a particular employee, you can ensure they are never paired together again.
Cons
pricing can be a high for smaller organizations.

“Fantastic support
Pros
the ease of use and the fantastic support team are two things that really stand out to me. Whenever I need help, their support team is quick to assist and make sure everything works smoothly. It's reassuring to know I have help whenever I need it.
Cons
It could be more affordable, especially considering the number of clients we bring in.

“Smooth learning experience
Pros
What I really like is how easy it is to use the system. Plus, the courses available help us keep learning and improving. The layout is simple, clear and easy to use and while I feel like theres still so much more to learn, the it team makes it easy to continue learning daily. It's been a smooth learning experience for me.
Cons
I don't have much experience with other companies but there's really nothing I don't like about it. I have learned so much just by using it.

“BEST customer service EVER!
Pros
customer service is absolutely fantastic and the value we get from this product is amazing! they are always there to help when we need it and it's really refreshing to have such reliable support. Definitely a product that's worth every penny.
Cons
The payment/invoice process has a few extra steps that feel unnecessary. Also, the form builder could be a bit more simple.

“Customizable and adaptable tool
Pros
It meets all of our state requirements for documentation and EVV, which is a huge plus. It's also the most customizable software I have seen with the ability to customize any form and create nearly any report. I couldn't be happier with how flexible and adaptable it is to our needs.
Cons
their training and customer support are automated and sometimes it takes a while to get answers when I have a question.

Pros
It's very user friendly. I did need a bit of help initially to get the hang of the program, but after using it a few times, it became incredibly easy to use. It's great for anyone whether you are tech-savvy or not.
Cons
have not run into any negative issues with it, so there's honestly nothing I dislike about it.

“Perfect fit for business needs
Pros
offers so many features that it perfectly fits our business needs and it has functions ready for us when we decide to expand. The system works smoothly with our accounting software which is fantastic. Plus, the customer service is always available and incredibly helpful, whether it's for training or solving any problems we face.
Cons
Sometimes, the Admin Settings are confusing and the search menu does not always bring up what I am looking for when I type in keywords. Some of the setting explanations could be clearer. The new format is definitely much better than the old one. When I am unsure, I just call customer support and they are usually able to help me understand things a bit better.

“Reliable support
Pros
Every time I call with an issue, the customer service team is there to help. They make sure that I am set up correctly and that all of my issues are fully resolved. It's such a relief knowing I can count on them to have my back.
Cons
I don't like that caregivers have to schedule times. Since we have caregivers, not employees, they set their own hours. So, if a client decides they only need an hour after I have already scheduled them for three, they have to call me to fix it.

“Simple and efficient solution
Pros
Love the ease of using it for so many tasks. Whether it's scheduling, generating payroll reports or billing reports...everything is simple and efficient. It has made managing everything so much easier.
Cons
The System Preferences can be a bit tricky to use sometimes but the it team is always willing to go above and beyond to help clarify any questions I have.

It is professional and I love how easy it is to use. everything is designed with simplicity in mind, making it perfect for users who want an interactive and problem-free experience.
Cons
Entering data is definitely my least favorite part of the job. I really don't enjoy the admin tasks.
