“great crm with a+ customer support
Pros
We absolutely love it for being an exceptional CRM that really supports our corporate team. It provides great oversight and allows seamless collaboration with our branch offices. One of the standout features is their customer support team, which is top-notch A+ all the way. We use it for managing all of our clients and caregivers and it's been an amazing tool for our business.
Cons
interface on it is not the most up-to-date and it takes a bit of a roadmap to figure out where a lot of the system settings are.

“Reliable, simple and smooth workflow
Pros
This is such a secure and easy-to-use application that has become an integral part of our daily operations. It really helps us provide better support to both our customers and employees. Everything is so simple and it offers the reliability we need for everyday tasks. It's made our workflow a lot smoother and more efficient.
Cons

“Visually pleasing but lacks time-based rates
Pros
One of the things I really like about it is how visually pleasing it is. The interface is simple, yet it has just enough detail to help me easily differentiate between the different tabs I use regularly. It's clean and user-friendly which makes going through the system smooth.
Cons
I wish there was a way to charge different rates based on the time of day and day of the week. For example, our business charges different rates for daytime visits vs evening or overnight visits. Right now, I have to enter this manually every time and it would be great if the rate could just change automatically if the visit overlaps different time periods.

“Fantastic services!
Pros
Customer service is absolutely fantastic! Not only do they have great features but these features have evolved to keep up with the changing demands of home care. The scheduling tools are interactive and continue to improve over time. It really helps make my job of managing the business more organized and everything runs so much smoother now.

“Centralized system with real-time view
Pros
Centralized information system is a huge plus for us. We can access everything we need from anywhere and tracking and reports are both easy to generate and complete. The real-time view feature is especially loved by our Care Managers, as it gives them immediate access to important updates and status.
Cons
Some of the forms get glitchy after I have created them. It's hard to save forms after been filled out but I am not sure if it's a setting the form creator has not accessed.

“very smooth onboarding
Pros
The onboarding and training process for implementing it was excellent. They really took the time to guide us through everything. Their customer support team is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any questions or issues that arise. It made the transition so much smoother and we felt well-supported every step of the way.
Cons
I can't copy shifts to the same day. There are a few scheduling features that are not as easy as I'd like.

“Easy document management... no complaints
Pros
Managing our roster with it is super easy... especially when it comes to handling documentation. We can track which documents are about to expire and keep everything organized in one place. It's been a huge time-saver and ensures we stay on top of all important paperwork.
Cons
honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about it. It works perfectly for what I need it to do.

“smooth ui but needs mobile improvements
Pros
UI is very interactive and the performance is consistently good. The system is highly reliable with minimal to no downtime, which is exactly what we need for our busy operations. I can trust that it's going to work without issues when I need it most.
Cons
mobile app could really use more administrative features. we need basic scheduling visibility and functionality on mobile devices. Plus, the invoice creation and claims management functionality is clunky and needs a lot of manual intervention for routine billing processes.

“Efficient scheduling
Pros
scheduling features in it are a huge asset. They really help things run smoothly by offering multiple ways to match clients with caregivers. The flexibility it provides makes scheduling a lot less stressful and more efficient.
Cons
there's no stop and start date for caregiver availability and no way to input availability for every other week. It's a bit of a pain.

“love the attention to detail
Pros
What I appreciate the most is the accuracy and attention to detail that it offers. We can keep all of our staff credentials in one place which is incredibly helpful, especially when we need to rehire someone. It ensures we have everything we need... all in one organized system.
Cons
Staff members are still seeing cancellations. Whenever a facility cancels and we mark the visit as a cancellation, it unfortunately stays on the staff member's schedule.

“awsome crm but scheduling flexibility is needed
Pros
It is pretty friendly. The scheduling feature is simple but once you get the hang of it, it's really easy to use. The real-time calendar feature is fantastic I love that I can easily switch between client and caregiver views. It helps me stay on top of everything at a glance and it makes managing schedules much more efficient.
Cons
It needs more scheduling flexibility especially for multi-family care. For example, when couples who both receive personal care hours are being cared for by one caregiver, mid-shift clock-outs are not always possible when providing services outside the home. A way to chain visits across multiple people would be useful. Also, I don't really care for the "POINTs" system.. it would be great to have the ability to create my own system instead.

“Convenient client and caregiver info management
Pros
One thing we really like about it is... how it allows us to store a lot of information on clients, caregivers and applicants. It's incredibly useful because we can jump seamlessly from client details to caregiver profiles without any problem. This makes everything so much quicker and easier to manage.
Cons
We are still finding small glitches with visit times that start and end at the same time if a caregiver accepts a broadcast. Also, creating forms and figuring out why some forms are not fillable by email is a bit of a problem. We thought we had the signature issue fixed, but the caregiver can still sign both parts, even when it says "OFFICE STAFF."

“easy tool access but notifications need fixing
Pros
Accessing tools like the Bots feature is super easy. I especially like how we can see which caregivers were scheduled for a shift and if anyone has been removed. It's also great that we can still track which client the caregiver was assigned to. Plus, adding info to a call log is simple especially when I can quickly search by first or last name.
Cons
Real-time notifications are now alerting us on the hour instead of 6 minutes after the hour and it seems like we are not giving caregivers enough time to finish their notes and clock out. I also wish I could get an alert when a caregiver requests to pick up shifts.

“nice alerts but clock-out issues persist
Pros
The open request alerts are incredibly helpful, especially when staff are late or miss shifts. it also labels when something has happened to a client or staff member which keeps us informed. Its a great way to stay on top of any issues as soon as they arise.
Cons
Sometimes staff complain that they can't clock out even after completing all their tasks and when there are no errors. It's frustrating because everything is done but they still can't clock out.

“friendly with conflict pop-ups
Pros
It's so user friendly and I really love the conflict pop-ups. They help me avoid scheduling errors by flagging potential issues before they happen. It's a nice feature that makes my job much easier and ensures I don't overlook any conflicts.
Cons
the mobile experience for admin tasks doesn't match the overall user-friendly design. I have to access the website on my phone and constantly zoom in and out because the app lacks full admin views, which makes managing things on the go more difficult than it should be.

“fantastic support but limited ui
Pros
I like that it is web-based which makes it super convenient to access from anywhere. The support team is also fantastic they really know their stuff and always do their best to help with any system-related questions. It's comforting to know I can count on them whenever I need assistance.
Cons
ui is pretty basic, especially when it comes to form building. I expected the forms to be more graphical or even like a PDF. The development team seems to focus on things like menu overhauls but there are bigger issues like tracking certifications that have been left unresolved for months. Hospitalization options are also really limited and things like total hip and knee arthroplasty are listed as one of just a few choices, with no way for us to adjust them. I also wish there was a way to directly connect with the dev team or even better, allow end users to vote on features. It feels like they have their own agenda and are not really listening to us.

“simple scheduling tool
Pros
It is incredibly convenient.. it makes scheduling clients and caregivers so easy. Everything is right at my fingertips and I can get everything organized without any fuss. It saves me a lot of time and effort.
Cons
The first version was a bit tricky to use. Also, there should be an option to merge husband and wife care on the same schedule.

Scheduling and reporting are two of my favorite features. I absolutely love using all the available tools to stay organized and keep everything running smoothly. it is easy to use and makes my job so much easier.

there's no option to set an "out of office" reminder.

Pros
Super user friendly. I especially appreciate the ability to customize forms which is perfect for our needs. I also love that staff can access their service training directly through the app. It's a nice touch that makes everything more aligned.
Cons
One thing I really don't like is not being able to access everything through the Safari browser.

Pros
one-stop shop for all our needs. Everything clients, staff and more is in one place which is incredibly convenient. I also love the variety of reports available, they are extremely helpful for tracking and analyzing everything in one go.
