Working in healthcare, I use this tool daily. It offers a wide array of features for effortless patient documentation, including detailed patient charts, test results, and appointment scheduling. The Oncology flowchart, in particular, provides crucial information for cancer treatment.
Cons
Monthly updates are essential for functionality, but they often introduce glitches and slowdowns, particularly in data-heavy sections like the MAR.

“Great working ”
Pros
Security features, usefulness, and capacity to coordinate with an assortment of stages area few of the best qualities around Cerner
Cons
Maybe since of its expansive foundation due to enormous sums of data on our system, it can frequently be moderate and buggy. It should be kept up well by a huge IT team.

“Secure and connected, can be slow”
Pros
What I like most is its security features, powerful functionality and the way it connects across many different platforms.
Cons
Because of its huge infrastructure and the enormous volume of data we store, I have noticed it can be slow and glitchy at times. It requires diligent upkeep from a sizable IT support team.

“Faboulous”
Pros
I have been working with Cerner power chart since 2016 and it has been exceptionally accommodating. It is organized and all clinical orders are isolated by classification. It has diminished the understanding of holding up time and handling time for the lab from where I am working.
Cons
There are truly no cons to this program. Occasional downtime, upgrades, and server issues but those were fair minor specialized challenges and are constantly addressed by customer service.

Medical Practice, 11-50 employees
“offers valuable features”
Pros
Cerner's software automatically encrypts my data, sets up relationships for report presentations and helps me standardize medical practice indexes across my organization, while delivering simple care workflows for users. Plus I can manage computerized medical record tracking tiers, switch between information backup locations and see options for transferring medical reports. It lets me customize chronological appointment reminders, queue e-mail messaging, embeds internal controls for shipping medical supplies, monitors drug order loads and I find its performance valuable in my company.
Cons
I am not completely comfortable with the web support and remote access because the cloud backup option has gaps in digital asset control which means content handled by the filtering system is not stored securely, raising the risk that we could lose reports. There are poor follow-up edits on product purchase offers, coding mistakes in certified prescription management files and a lack of coordination around corporate welfare that throws off processing quality on this server which disrupts the sequence of actions in our application.
