Information is easily pulled in through the system with little work required on behalf of the one creating the chart. The greatest benefit of Cerner is the many details that are available to be found within the system.

They do not have any features which allow for custom reporting! Their canned reports are not adequate either.

there's way too much clicking required to reach the information I need and at times it's not organized in a way that clearly shows the patient and disease progression.

I really like Cerner because it's user-friendly. I can enter information and set defaults that get saved which makes my job much easier especially when I have standard settings in my daily routine.

Occasionally it's difficult to log in but I suspect it's my internet connection. Apart from that issue so far I haven't encountered any other problems.

As someone getting started with this kind of system, I find it extremely easy to navigate and very user-friendly. I mean it is perfect for first-time users and I think every organization could benefit from using it.

Compared to ePIC, I don't find it as easy to train staff on and it also lacks the ready-made templates that would make documentation significantly easier and faster.
