“A game-changer for national records”
Pros
I use this electronic medical records platform that keeps a complete nationwide history of a patient's health issues and prior hospital stays. Whenever I need information it's simple to pull up details instantly and I can create visual charts and graphs of the data I request. In my experience it drastically cuts down the time spent hunting through records which helps me reach clinical decisions much faster.
Cons
I haven't found any real drawbacks as it's nearly a flawless application for my needs.

“reliable system for patient care”
Pros
I am really happy with Cerner as it's the system my employer relies on for patient documentation and tracking their care.

“A modern and quick data hub”
Pros
I find this to be a highly sophisticated system where I can quickly pull up notes, check vitals, review past entries and medications and I can easily transfer patient data to another clinician.
Cons
Using it takes me some time because there are so many tabs and navigation options and I needed guidance to learn it, although I do think it's ultimately worthwhile.

Pros

“A reliable all-in-one record system”
Pros
One thing I like about Cerner is that it's not a web-based system, so if our internet drops it can still function. I also like having everything consolidated in a single place which makes it easy for me to pull up doctors notes, nurses notes and notes from other disciplines quickly.
Cons
What frustrates me is having to reset the date range every single time I open the reports and records as it would be much better if it remembered my last selection.
