“Easy to use”
Pros
Our office really appreciates how simple it is to move from the scheduler straight into immediate SOAP note functionality. The e claims setup and the reporting are also easy to follow and understand which makes day to day workflow much smoother.
Cons
It would be even better if there were one time comment sections for SOAP/Exams something that could be used for a single episode and then reset automatically on future visits. I'd also love a virtual "sticky note" feature on the Patient accounting side (the billing area) so staff can leave quick notes for patients, like stating the copay amount or that the deductible hasn't been met and needs to be collected for today's visit.

“Responsive support”
Pros
Learning and using this software has been a breeze it feels really user friendly. The ChiroFusion support team has also been fantastic, they're easy to talk to, quick to respond and genuinely personable. I especially appreciate being able to access everything remotely from anywhere so I'm not stuck being in the office just to keep up with work or review payments. Also, it's priced much more affordably than other tools with similar features and it genuinely feels like you get more value for your money with ChiroFusion.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything to complain about for this question.

“Quite simple”
Pros
I really appreciate that this is cloud based so I can use it from anywhere. If I need to call a patient later in the evening, I don't have to jot everything down I can drop a task into the software during the day and pull it up on my computer at home after I put the kids to bed. The layout is also a strong point, it's genuinely adaptive and it flows the way you'd expect. Also, it seems like the developers are always pushing updates and improving the product.
Cons
When it comes to opening a patient record and charging their credit card, you have to fully exit whatever screen you're on and the steps feel a bit dated. Using the OpenEdge connection through Chirofusion isn't as smooth as I'd like.

“flexible setup”
Pros
Setup lets you configure as much or as little as you need for your specific practice, without getting locked into a big bundle of expensive features you'll never use. I'm a solo practitioner and this is exactly what I was after other companies kept pushing a full "system" pricing model regardless of clinic size, then charged you for lots of components that didn't really fit what I needed.
Cons
The only snag I've run into in the last year and a half is slower processing in the billing part of the software. Since it's fully web based, performance can vary with internet speed but the delay mostly shows up when switching screens in billing so it looks like that specific area could use some attention. ChiroFusion has mentioned via email that an update is coming soon so it doesn't feel like a long term problem.

“web-based scheduling”
Pros
Appreciate that it is web based so I'm not stuck maintaining my own server. In my previous setup, the workstation acting as the server crashed and we were down without an EHR for the day, plus we lost data due to how backups were handled. With ChiroFusion, I can sign in from a screening, check my schedule and book appointments in real time. The text and email reminders are a nice touch and patients can use online scheduling as well. The macros also seem to work well for speeding up workflows. Billing comes together in a simple way and it looks like an update is on the way to make things even better.
Cons
When bringing on a new patient, the system requires a good bit of info up front which can take a few minutes. If a patient has previously been in another office using ChiroFusion, they aren't able to reuse the same email address. There are also moments when it feels a bit sluggish while waiting for billing reports.

“Cloud scheduling made easy”
Pros
Really happy with the fact that it's cloud based being able to check appointments from home, adjust the schedule and keep working on a file has been a huge help. On our day off, my office manager can still take the phones and continue scheduling people from home without missing a beat. The interface is also very user friendly and it's quick to complete patient SOAP notes right after each visit. The integrated upgrades make the whole workflow feel smoother too.
Cons
No major complaints so far. It would be nice if the report section were a bit more in depth but it sounds like that's planned for a future upgrade.

“works so well”
Pros
The notes and reports are genuinely outstanding. Once they're printed, everything is clear, well organized and goes into enough detail without feeling cluttered.
Cons
It's frustrating that you can't reuse the same CPT code twice on the same date of service like L3020 can't be entered once as the right side and then again as the left side through the SOAP notes interface. A few CPT entries also don't seem to be available, for example, when I enter TIPs for canes for certain patients, that CPT option isn't in the system. Adding some way to customize or create/enable additional CPT codes would help. There are also limitations with appointment reminders by email, the system won't let the same email address be used for both a spouse or a child. In many households, one person acts as the home care coordinator and handles all appointments so it would be great if that coordinator could receive reminders for everyone tied to the family account.

“Easy mobile access”
Pros
Using it feels refreshingly simple everything is simple and adaptive and it's realistic to think I won't need more than a day to train new employees on how to handle the ins and outs. I also really appreciate the accessibility, checking my schedule from my phone while I'm out is genuinely convenient and keeps things running without constant back and forth.
Cons
Occasionally, the billing portion of the software hangs and stops responding though it usually recovers within a few minutes.

“So good!”
Pros
The software feels really adaptive everything follows a clear left to right workflow and it saves automatically at each interval. SOAP notes are also simple to generate right after the initial visit which makes documentation much less of a hassle.
Cons
Switching between scheduling and documentation/billing could use a smoother transition. Adding a new patient to the schedule takes a bit too long and by the time you've entered all the required details, it's easy to lose track of the exact time and date you were aiming for.

“EHR that organizes everything”
Pros
Big thanks to their team for putting together a simple, affordable and genuinely user friendly EHR. I've tried a bunch of different systems over the years and this one stands out as being in a class by itself. Since it's web based, it runs across platforms works on both Windows and Mac without hassle. That matters for our office because we use a mix of Macs and PCs, plus we sometimes work remotely. Navigation is simple for everyone on staff and the workflow makes sense right away. We had everything up and running within a week, with zero setup required on our side. The online scheduling feature (paired with integrated intake forms) has been a huge win for us, patients can book appointments 24/7 from their phones and complete all paperwork online before they even arrive. On the documentation side, the reporting tools generate detailed notes in under a minute and they come out clear and professional. The built in clearinghouse integration has also saved us time and money claims can be uploaded to Office Ally at the end of the day with one click and claim status updates show up within minutes. With our previous system, we had to export claim files and then upload them to a clearinghouse that charged us nearly $120/month just to submit claims. Support has also been excellent. Whenever a question comes up, the team is quick to respond and easy to reach.
Cons
No real issues come to mind right now. The team is responsive to improvement requests and actively encourages feedback. If anything could be added down the road, it'd be electronic eligibility verification within the insurance portion of the software.

“Its excellent”
Pros
We just kicked off our online intake forms and this is still going strong Chiro EHR keeps delivering. Thanks for helping us keep overhead down with solid software. We don't need to add extra staff and it also cuts back on computer time which means I can spend more time actually treating patients.
Cons

“Well-designed EHR with built-in billing”
Pros
Getting started with ChiroFusion has been pretty simple and it includes everything I was looking for in an EHR. I've been able to move through the system without much guidance which makes me feel even more confident that with a little more training it'll be even easier to use. The design feels very well planned out and it's obvious it was created with a chiropractor's workflow in mind. Another big plus is that the billing clearinghouse is already integrated and doesn't add any extra cost.
Cons
Since I haven't been using it for very long, I can't really say there's much I dislike yet. That said as a chiropractor who is just starting out and is the only doctor in the practice, I do think the pricing is fair but I really wish text message reminders were included in the lower-tier package. I don't need the DC Pro version for a practice my size since I'm the only one using the system and with how many patients prefer communicating by text now, it seems like that feature should be included in all ChiroFusion plans.

“billing and support excellence”
Pros
From billing to insurance and EOB/ERA processing, this system packs in a lot of features that make the whole workflow efficient and simple. The support team is also incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and best of all, you get to speak with a real person who follows up afterward with an email full of useful links.
Cons
The only downside is that I came across a much cheaper program for sending text and email reminders to patients.

Pros
Getting around the system is simple and it's simple to customize for the phrases and exams I use most often. I also don't have to think about doing daily backups anymore which is a huge plus.

Pros
Everything in this system flows really well. It's user-friendly, clearly organized and feels complete from start to finish. The self-help content has also been really helpful. I've worked with other practice management software before and this one has been the best by far.
Cons
