Using ChiroFusion has been a breath of fresh air. It's incredibly user-friendly and far better than any other EHR system I've worked with. Having everything together in one place is a huge plus as well.
Cons

The pricing feels very reasonable so you're not locked into a massive contract or adding unnecessary financial pressure to your practice. Having the server installed at the clinic is also a big plus and makes the whole setup feel more manageable.
Cons
One small issue is with the onset date in HCFA box 14. There are two places in a patient account where that date can be entered which makes it possible to put in different dates by mistake and creates room for errors.

From the interface to daily office management, everything feels simple and well organized. Getting the system up and running was simple, training staff didn't take much effort and the overall setup is very user-friendly. Notes can be completed quickly, billing is simple to handle and the whole system just works without much hassle.
Cons
The team promised me the pricing would not increase but it did anyway. Also while the system is nearly perfect for PART documentation, it can be somewhat time-consuming when working with rehabilitative exercises and other rehab-focused treatment options.

Right from the start the software layout felt very user friendly. It follows the SOAP format which makes everything more organized and it also offers a lot of customization options.
Cons
One part that took a bit of getting used to was editing a claim after it had already been created. The process is a little more involved than expected but it is manageable and we have it figured out now.

This really feels like a chiropractor's holy grail. The SOAP notes are thorough and detailed and I love how it tracks stats in a way that lets you view and analyze them however you prefer.
Cons
The only issue I've run into is with the HCFA1500 form not printing correctly anymore because of my printer. When I first started using this tool, the text lined up properly in the right boxes without any trouble.

Right away the biggest plus for me has been how user-friendly the system is. I really appreciate that I can access and update important details from different parts of the software. For example while posting, I'm able to view or edit a patient's insurance and case information without having to open the patient's full account and then jump back to posting. That kind of convenience saves time and makes the workflow much better.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides. The system has been excellent so far. I've used other chiropractic software before and I really wish they included some of the same features it offers.

Flexible, full-featured, consistently updated and genuinely simple to work with. It's one of the few EMRs I actually enjoy using which is something I never thought I'd say.
Cons
The only downside was not being able to bring over all of my data from my previous EMR here although that doesn't seem to be their fault. From what I can tell it's a common issue across the board.

Only about two weeks into using it and the software has been very simple to work with. The simple layout and monthly pricing options made it easy to get started right away and the training helped me discover extra tips and features that made the workflow even more organized.
Cons
No major problems. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that features like electronic intake, online appointment scheduling and text reminders have to be added on separately though considering the price, it still feels reasonable.

One thing that really helps is how it autofills notes after the first follow-up so I only have to update what changed instead of typing everything over again. Billing is very simple too since all the relevant information is already entered for you. On top of that, their customer service has been excellent.
Cons
There is not much to complain about. The only issue I have noticed is that I cannot open more than one ChiroFusion window at the same time. When I am handling billing while also working the front desk, I cannot just switch between tabs. I was able to work around it by creating a separate login just for billing and opening that in another tab so it is manageable. I also do not think this would be a problem for most offices.

After spending some time figuring out how the system works, it became pretty simple to follow. The hard part was the learning curve at the beginning. Also if you wanted to actually talk to someone and ask questions, you had to pay a fee that covered three months of support.
Cons
Support is the biggest frustration. They will respond by email but most of the time they just direct you to watch their video demos instead of answering the question directly. And if you'd rather talk to someone on the phone because it feels faster, be prepared to pay for that too.

I've been using it since 2018 and it has been a very user-friendly program overall. When something comes up, the issue is usually resolved quickly either by watching one of the short tutorial videos in their large help library or by sending a simple email to the support team. It's a pretty basic system which makes it simple to learn and simple to use.
Cons
One frustrating part is how many steps it takes to reverse a check when an insurance company pulls back money or when a payment was posted incorrectly. The patient ledger that many patients ask for at the end of the year is also very confusing and not very user friendly. Patients really don't need to see a full breakdown of the payment history for a single visit. It would be much better if that were simplified.
