“It is our favorite.. We love it!”

ChiroFusion is highly affordable and has all the practice management features we need. What really stands out, though is their amazing customer service. They make us feel like we actually matter as clients.

Cons

One thing that I do not like is that it only integrates with limited third-party billing software.

Pros

Working with them has been absolutely amazing and I honestly could not ask for anything better. This is easily the most user friendly system I have ever used. In the past I have used four different EHR upgrades across various offices, and ChiroFusion surely stands out among all. There is just no comparison.

Pros

Once I have set up the initial exam, it becomes so easy for me to report daily notes.

Well I have noticed that sometimes patients fail to enter their claim's subjective data, which causes a bit of a hassle.

Pros

This has been, by far, the most user friendly system I've worked with. I've gone through four EHR upgrades across different offices and this one is honestly the best of the bunch there's no real comparison.

Nothing so far. Everything feels adaptive and it's designed in a way that genuinely makes sense.

ChiroFusion is fairly easy to use and manages all the office intake and workflow for us. Plus everything from the setup to the billing process is so simple now.

Has a bit of a learning curve which I did not expect.

Not only is the software simple to explore and learn, but the settings and features are easy to customize, too, as per my needs. Also the group trains you in all areas of the software.

Since I am new to the software, trying to remember all the options has been a bit tricky. So yes it's definitely taking some time of mine to get used to everything.

“Affordable but has a lot of issues”

Easy to use and quite affordable. However I have just started using it so I can't say much about it.

The system is not that well developed as it causes problems. Also they take extra money if you ask for training for more than 5 hours which I didn't like at all.

“Simply amazing”

I simply love ChiroFusion. Not only it is easy to use but it is also very budget friendly. After eight years of sticking to pen and paper, I finally made the switch and I am so glad I did.

Nothing we cannot think of anything negative about this software. However I just don't like the fact that we cannot customize something according to our likings.

I have had a wonderful experience with ChiroFusion's customer support. They are very nice and friendly. Great software overall and very easy to navigate.

It's not just easy for the doctors to use but patients easily understand it and can use it as well. Plus the customer service is very helpful.

ChiroFusion billing module is superb. Also the integration with Office Ally is superb and we do not even need an account with them.

Scheduling and billing features are definitely my favorite features of ChiroFusion. It makes everything so much easier and I'd honestly recommend it to anyone looking to simplify their work life.

There is nothing that I like, honestly. But if I still had to point something out, I would say that the software's look is nice.

I've been really disappointed with ChiroFusion. Not only do they make false promises but also justify them with lame excuses.

It's packed with so many great features and I am really impressed with everything it has to offer. Also ChiroFusion is very easy to navigate and user-friendly.

I only wish that there was a spell check tool within this software.

“organized patient setup”

Pros

Navigation feels really simple. When we signed up with ChiroFusion, we were up and running almost immediately we didn't have time to learn a new system but I was able to pick it up quickly. The platform also holds a ton of patient information and honestly the setup itself is probably my favorite part. I've tried several chiropractic software options and this one is by far my most favorite so far. Everything comes across as really organized.

Cons

The only change I'd want is around the check in/check out workflow compared to other programs I've used. Right now, it's not quite as clear as I'd like, ideally, checking someone in would place their name into a separate column and checking them out would remove it so we can instantly see who's still in the office. I can see the abbreviations but getting used to them has been a bit tricky.

ChiroFusion is stable software that manages all our practice needs all in one place. Tech support is a plus as they help us with all our needs and got you covered no matter what.

Cons

Not major but the only issue I faced was that the setup takes time and effort.

Pros

I love how easy and quick it is to complete soap notes. The save draft feature is awesome too as it helps me keep track of which notes I still need to work on.

The schedule is not customizable when it comes to time intervals, which I count as a downside.

The notes are really simple and that's exactly why I picked it up and why we're using it. It fits our workflow nicely.

Cons

We haven't tried the billing side yet and I'm interested in using it if the tracking is actually good but honestly I haven't gone into it much. We already have a billing company handling that part.
