Pros
With this software, I have plenty of options. It's web-based, so I can carry it wherever I go, offering both macros and typing capabilities. It covers everything I need for EHR and practice management, which makes me quite satisfied overall.
Cons
The ongoing development of the software brings additional conveniences like credit card processing and self-check-ins. However, it also means occasional updates or bugs that can slow things down. Nonetheless, the support provided by CS is excellent.

“Amazing Chiropractic Billing and Scheduling Solution Beyond Impressed!
Pros
After struggling for years with another software, we gave ChiroSpring a shot based on its great reviews. It turned out to be the right move! Scheduling and billing are effortless. The customer support is incredibly responsive, sometimes replying within minutes. The Rooms app has significantly improved patient flow in our clinic. Cloud access is fantastic, and I particularly enjoy customizing my SOAP macros. My staff is much happier with ChiroSpring compared to our previous software. In summary, ChiroSpring is simple to use, packed with features, and nearly trouble-free.
Cons
If there's a downside to this software, I have not encountered it yet. I have no complaints so far.

“Ideal For My Chiropractic Startup
Pros
Offering standard, premium, and advanced pricing options is crucial for attracting new practitioners, in my view. Unlike some other major chiro EHR companies, they provide a more affordable option. In my first month, with fewer than 10 clients, I couldn't justify paying over $250 per month for EHR.
Cons
Moving from page to page feels a bit clunky, but it's expected. In my experience, all chiropractic EHR software has a somewhat slower feel to them. Nevertheless, it's intuitive and easy to use.

“Feature Change Request
Pros
Just by submitting a feature change request, the process was smooth. I received an immediate response! Any questions I had were quickly resolved, and within a day, I was informed that our request would be implemented. It's very exciting!
Cons
The only thing I can think of is a feature request we made, regarding printing the schedule from the schedule app and the doctor being able to see the patient's next appointment from the plan portion of the SOAP notes, as that is the last screen she's in.

Pros
What I love most about switching to this software is how quickly and effectively I can complete my notes. I no longer spend every evening struggling to keep up with charting, which is a huge relief.
Cons
Since it's relatively new to my state, we're undergoing some customizations and updates. Once they are complete, everything will be perfect. CSB has been exceptional in providing solutions to every issue we encounter. Their customer service is unmatched.

Our office, a group practice with multiple locations, absolutely appreciates the flexibility, simplicity, customizations, and intuitive design of the software. It makes onboarding new employees easy and gives them confidence in navigating the software swiftly. It also allows us to focus more on patient care and less on documentation, giving our team more time to concentrate on our office's mission.
Cons
The only negatives we've faced were some missing features that were important to us. However, as we brought these to their attention, they were quickly addressed, and solutions were found. Sometimes, they even added new features, which impresses me as a business owner.

I always recommend ChiroSpring to my colleagues because it's such a fantastic company. Unlike other software companies I've tried, I've always received excellent customer service from ChiroSpring. They offer affordable pricing packages tailored to different needs, which is a huge advantage. Using the software is effortless and makes work much less stressful, especially since I run the office alone, without any employees.

I spent nearly a year researching software before choosing ChiroSpring for my office, and I can confidently say it was the right decision. I compared it to another, more well-known software, and I never doubted my choice, especially after covering for a friend who uses the other software. ChiroSpring is far more user-friendly, and I appreciate knowing exactly what I'm paying each month without any hidden fees. Being cloud-based allows me to access everything from anywhere with my laptop and an internet connection. Even my office manager, who previously used the other software, finds everything much easier with ChiroSpring!
Cons
There's absolutely nothing to complain about... their support is exceptional, they welcome feedback, and they're always seeking ways to enhance their service.

It makes completing our daily soap notes quick and easy at each visit. We love being able to finish our notes, check out patients, and provide itemized statements within minutes. Patient intake charting now takes a fraction of the time compared to our old software.
Cons
Occasionally, the patient self-check-in feature fails on our older iPad, and it'd be great to enable patients to complete intake at home without extra charges for email services.

The support team takes suggestions for software improvements seriously. Once set up, it's easy for staff to learn and handle billing. Compared to Chirotouch and other EMR programs I've tried, this software is much more user-friendly.
Cons
None at all. They promptly address any concerns I raise. While lower pricing is always nice, it's still more affordable than similar options.
