With this software, I've got everything I need and then some. I can dive into specifics and tailor it just the way I want. Plus, it's compatible with Customchirosolutions, so whipping up compliant notes is simple, saving loads of time. Any snags are quickly ironed out by the service team.
Cons
Updates can occasionally delay office work, but ChiroSpring's updates are far quicker and more reliable than Chirotouch's. Plus, they've integrated measures to prevent note-taking disruptions throughout the day. Cloud-based is definitely the way forward.

After nearly a year of using ChiroSpring, I can't fault the customer service, from training to ongoing support, it's been exceptional. Customizing records is very easy and my staff picked up the software quickly. I highly recommend giving it a try.
Cons
My only gripe with ChiroSpring is occasional lag due to internet connectivity. However, being cloud-based, it's easily accessible from any computer, and data loss is not a concern if your hard drive crashes.
