“Loyal and a happy user...
Pros
We've been using ChiroSpring since 2018 and its proven to be a total game-changer for our practice. It is very easy to use but still quite powerful. Billing became so simple now and even managing the scheduler got so much easy too. And patients can even book their appointments online now which is amazing. In short everything about this software just clicks and makes sense.
Cons
Some of the interfaces I come across need improvement to enhance the entire process.

“It's a complete solution!
Pros
I love the color-coded appointments and the little black corner tab that shows which patients have checked out. Also it is great having everything in one place, like patient appointments, notes, insurance, claims and even products. Plus both tools, the functional medicine and chiropractic sides which we needed for our practice is available here.
Cons
I'm very much looking forward for future updates that includes, integration of appointments and notes in some manner. Plus the option to customize an insertable table in notes and the capability to drag and drop appointments.

Honestly I love everything about this software. I cannot even pick just one thing. Scheduling is super simple. Even our doctors can jump in to help if the front desk is busy. And billing? It is an absolute dream.
Cons

I really like how the cloud-based system makes it so quick and easy for us to jot down SOAP notes. In short I am very happy with it overall. Also their team is great at listening to feedback, and their customer support is always friendly and helpful.
Cons
The initial data transfer and setup were manageable. The only area where I feel like more automation will be beneficial is in text message campaigns.

“Wish I choose it sooner

Switching over was not at all stress full. And even though I am still getting the hang of all the features, but it doesn't feel overwhelming at all. Also I really like that I can learn at my own pace, and having helpful resources available makes the whole process even smoother.
Cons
The most difficult part of switching over was handling claims processing and patient balances with my old software. It was a bit of a headache at first, but after using ChiroSpring for a month, I really don't have much to complain about. It’s been a great experience overall.

It is hands down the most functional software out there. After going through several demos, it became clear that nothing else even comes close. If you want a company that not only provides everything you need but also listens and grows with your practice, this software is the way to go! The training was not only thorough but easy to follow too, and any issues I've had were quickly addressed and resolved. On top of that, it has helped us discover new ways to improve our practice, which means we can serve our patients even better. Huge thanks to ChiroSpring for making such a difference!
Cons
At first, the user interface looked a bit outdated, but once we started using it, we realized it was just a visual thing. Everything else runs smoothly, and now we actually love the simple design because it makes things easier for our staff.

“Billing is made easy with it
Pros
ChiroSpring is so easy to use, and training new staff was a simple task too. If you as about the best part? It handles my billing, so I can focus on my patients instead of stressing over paperwork. Also it's such a huge relief knowing everything is taken care of behind the scenes. I also love that the billing service is built right into the software, so I never have to worry about something slipping through the cracks. Plus having an external billing team thats always there means I don't have to keep retraining staff for this complicated task. Definitely recommend it!
Cons
If I had to pinpoint something, I wish there was a feature to rebill all charges on a ledger with a single click instead of one charge at a time.

My staff prefers ChiroSpring over our previous one. Because it makes managing SOAPs very easy, especially with customizable macros. Plus, the support is prompt and reliable.
Cons

Setting up and integrating ChiroSpring into our practice was surprisingly smooth and hassle-free. The transition went seamlessly, which saved us from the usual headaches that come with switching to new software. Also our staff has found scheduling multiple appointments really easy now, which has really taken a load off our front desk team. Plus, being able to customize SOAP note macros and use a clean, intuitive patient dashboard has made everything so much more efficient. It really helped us streamline our workflow and boost productivity across the board.
Cons
Comparing it to other software I've used in the past 20 years, this one is exceptionally user-friendly. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I am really impressed with it from day one. Anytime I had an issue, it was sorted out quickly. The updates and improvements come regularly, and they always add features we didn't even realize we needed. Honestly, I have got nothing bad to say about it.

“The most advanced software in the market

ChiroSpring ease of use is such a huge plus when it comes to training new staff. It has all the features we expected from the top EMRs but it's way more user-friendly. Also the true cloud-based setup is amazing, and honestly switching from another non-cloud EMR was totally worth it. We can customize every part of the software as we grow, but the ready-made macros were a lifesaver when we were just starting out. Our billers love it, our providers are happy with it and the customer support is top-notch. Definitely worth 5 stars.
Cons
As it is a cloud-based software, so it slows down during peak internet usage hours which annoys me a bit.

The speed and efficiency of chart notes is amazing. Now I am spending way less time on charting now, and my notes are much better than before. Also the customer service is amazing as they actually listen to requests and are always pushing out helpful updates. Plus it's so easy to have compliant notes, thanks to built-in features like tracking the last re-evaluation and the great goals sections with easy to track progress percentages. The reports tool is also awesome and entering examinations is not a problem with the built-in evaluation tab. Also it requires way less customization than my old software. The latest update they rolled out was a total game changer.
Cons
At first, setting up electronic billing was a bit challenging. Also, reading ledgers took some getting used to but writing notes in payments and charges helped with that. Also it would be nice to have a ledger view that shows both payments and charges at the same time. I also noticed that since the latest update, documents imported into files aren't showing up chronologically, but I am sure the ChiroSpring team will fix that soon.

ChiroSpring macros are really detailed and pretty easy to create and use. Plus I found their customer support also great.
Cons
With the computer-based system, every time there was an update, we had to uninstall and reinstall the program. As for the Beta online EHR version, even with super fast internet, it kept buffering a lot. Also it feels like they are trying to move an old and complex system to the cloud, but it wasn't really built for that kind of use.
