Loyal and a happy user...

Pros

We've been using ChiroSpring since 2018 and its proven to be a total game-changer for our practice. It is very easy to use but still quite powerful. Billing became so simple now and even managing the scheduler got so much easy too. And patients can even book their appointments online now which is amazing. In short everything about this software just clicks and makes sense.

Cons

Some of the interfaces I come across need improvement to enhance the entire process.

It's a complete solution!

Pros

I love the color-coded appointments and the little black corner tab that shows which patients have checked out. Also it is great having everything in one place, like patient appointments, notes, insurance, claims and even products. Plus both tools, the functional medicine and chiropractic sides which we needed for our practice is available here.

Cons

I'm very much looking forward for future updates that includes, integration of appointments and notes in some manner. Plus the option to customize an insertable table in notes and the capability to drag and drop appointments.

Simply PERFECT...

Pros

Honestly I love everything about this software. I cannot even pick just one thing. Scheduling is super simple. Even our doctors can jump in to help if the front desk is busy. And billing? It is an absolute dream.

Cons

Smooth transition from ChiroTouch

Pros

I really like how the cloud-based system makes it so quick and easy for us to jot down SOAP notes. In short I am very happy with it overall. Also their team is great at listening to feedback, and their customer support is always friendly and helpful.

Cons

The initial data transfer and setup were manageable. The only area where I feel like more automation will be beneficial is in text message campaigns.

Wish I choose it sooner

Pros

Switching over was not at all stress full. And even though I am still getting the hang of all the features, but it doesn't feel overwhelming at all. Also I really like that I can learn at my own pace, and having helpful resources available makes the whole process even smoother.

Cons

The most difficult part of switching over was handling claims processing and patient balances with my old software. It was a bit of a headache at first, but after using ChiroSpring for a month, I really don't have much to complain about. It’s been a great experience overall.

Helping our practice grow in new ways

Pros

It is hands down the most functional software out there. After going through several demos, it became clear that nothing else even comes close. If you want a company that not only provides everything you need but also listens and grows with your practice, this software is the way to go! The training was not only thorough but easy to follow too, and any issues I've had were quickly addressed and resolved. On top of that, it has helped us discover new ways to improve our practice, which means we can serve our patients even better. Huge thanks to ChiroSpring for making such a difference!

Cons

At first, the user interface looked a bit outdated, but once we started using it, we realized it was just a visual thing. Everything else runs smoothly, and now we actually love the simple design because it makes things easier for our staff.

Billing is made easy with it

Pros

ChiroSpring is so easy to use, and training new staff was a simple task too. If you as about the best part? It handles my billing, so I can focus on my patients instead of stressing over paperwork. Also it's such a huge relief knowing everything is taken care of behind the scenes. I also love that the billing service is built right into the software, so I never have to worry about something slipping through the cracks. Plus having an external billing team thats always there means I don't have to keep retraining staff for this complicated task. Definitely recommend it!

Cons

If I had to pinpoint something, I wish there was a feature to rebill all charges on a ledger with a single click instead of one charge at a time.

A choice I should made earlier...

Pros

My staff prefers ChiroSpring over our previous one. Because it makes managing SOAPs very easy, especially with customizable macros. Plus, the support is prompt and reliable.

Cons

One thing I am still working on is finding the best way to customize the Online Intake for my patients. It's a bit of a learning process, but am getting there.

My go-to software for life!

Pros

Setting up and integrating ChiroSpring into our practice was surprisingly smooth and hassle-free. The transition went seamlessly, which saved us from the usual headaches that come with switching to new software. Also our staff has found scheduling multiple appointments really easy now, which has really taken a load off our front desk team. Plus, being able to customize SOAP note macros and use a clean, intuitive patient dashboard has made everything so much more efficient. It really helped us streamline our workflow and boost productivity across the board.

Cons

Comparing it to other software I've used in the past 20 years, this one is exceptionally user-friendly. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Simple and backed by incredible support

I simply love it!

Pros

Excellent platform

Pros

Overall, ChiroSpring is easy to use and reliable. Also it is available at an highly reasonable price. In short I have had a great experience with it so far and I especially love the new iOS iPhone app.

Cons

One thing I wish for is an option to remove Macros that are not related to my daily practice. Also, if there was an option to customize Patient intake and Exam forms, it would be great.

Impressed from the beginning

Pros

ChiroSpring is a smart software. Everything just works so well together, making it super easy to use in real time. I also really love how all the different parts communicate with each other.

Cons

I am really impressed with it from day one. Anytime I had an issue, it was sorted out quickly. The updates and improvements come regularly, and they always add features we didn't even realize we needed. Honestly, I have got nothing bad to say about it.

The most advanced software in the market

Pros

ChiroSpring ease of use is such a huge plus when it comes to training new staff. It has all the features we expected from the top EMRs but it's way more user-friendly. Also the true cloud-based setup is amazing, and honestly switching from another non-cloud EMR was totally worth it. We can customize every part of the software as we grow, but the ready-made macros were a lifesaver when we were just starting out. Our billers love it, our providers are happy with it and the customer support is top-notch. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Cons

As it is a cloud-based software, so it slows down during peak internet usage hours which annoys me a bit.

Good but not perfect

Pros

One thing I really like about it, is its ease of use. And I also love that it keeps all my patients information safe.

Cons

The aspect I like the least about it is that it occasionally freezes or unexpectedly shuts down, especially when I'm in the middle of a task. It can be quite frustrating.

Couldn't be more happier

Pros

The speed and efficiency of chart notes is amazing. Now I am spending way less time on charting now, and my notes are much better than before. Also the customer service is amazing as they actually listen to requests and are always pushing out helpful updates. Plus it's so easy to have compliant notes, thanks to built-in features like tracking the last re-evaluation and the great goals sections with easy to track progress percentages. The reports tool is also awesome and entering examinations is not a problem with the built-in evaluation tab. Also it requires way less customization than my old software. The latest update they rolled out was a total game changer.

Cons

At first, setting up electronic billing was a bit challenging. Also, reading ledgers took some getting used to but writing notes in payments and charges helped with that. Also it would be nice to have a ledger view that shows both payments and charges at the same time. I also noticed that since the latest update, documents imported into files aren't showing up chronologically, but I am sure the ChiroSpring team will fix that soon.

Outdated and very slow

Pros

ChiroSpring macros are really detailed and pretty easy to create and use. Plus I found their customer support also great.

Cons

With the computer-based system, every time there was an update, we had to uninstall and reinstall the program. As for the Beta online EHR version, even with super fast internet, it kept buffering a lot. Also it feels like they are trying to move an old and complex system to the cloud, but it wasn't really built for that kind of use.

The Easiest SOAP Note Software

Pros

I've relied on Chirospring for years, and it's evolved remarkably since I first started. Updating used to be a hassle, but with the cloud version, it's seamless. Opting for the cloud version makes it easy to navigate.

Cons

The software frequently logs out inactive users, which can be inconvenient, especially during patient consultations. While there isn't an option to remain logged in for security reasons, this is my primary complaint.

What stands out with ChiroSpring is their consistent upgrades. They refuse to stagnate; instead, they continually enhance their already impressive platform. That commitment to improvement is inspiring and worth every penny.

Cons

Honestly, the only thing I feel is missing right now is a straightforward method for patient self-check-in. However, I'm hopeful that this feature will be available soon. I look forward to the scheduling, check-in, cancellation, and rescheduling processes being similar to those of Sked, another chiropractic company.

ChiroSpring Is Amazing EHR and Billing Software

Pros

Exporting claims and managing appointments is a breeze. The Front Desk page's layout simplifies tracking patient activities. SOAP notes are simple, and the pain rating scale visualization is a plus. Running my practice smoothly wouldn't have been possible without ChiroSpring.

Cons

Pros

In my 11 years of billing and coding, this is the most user-friendly chiropractic EMR I've encountered. Learning it took only a day, mastering it within a month. The customer service is unparalleled.

Cons

I believe the billing tool could use some enhancements. While it's functional, it lacks some features found in other systems. However, I had a productive discussion with a company representative about potential updates, and I'm glad to hear they'll be implementing some of my suggestions.

Fantastic Customer Service and Great Software

Pros

Its cloud-based nature ensures uninterrupted operation. It simplifies insurance billing and helps track payments effectively. The ability to add personal notes to statements is a plus.

Cons

Adjusting to using only one screen and switching between the front desk view and the calendar took me a while. I miss having the calendar constantly visible and the internal messaging system for quick questions. However, the team is aware of these concerns, especially regarding the messaging system, which we heavily relied on for keeping track of important information.

Best Chiropractic Software in 17 Years

Pros

It's easy to learn and offers extensive customization. The interface is modern and highly customizable. It's affordable and offers great speed. Features like appointment reminders and SOAP notes make practice management a breeze.

Cons

The task assignment feature works well, but it could benefit from optional notifications for both the assigner and assignee for new or overdue tasks. Also, the X-ray module is good, but having a reference for normal would be helpful for patients' understanding. Appointment reminders are excellent, but I'd appreciate the ability to text or email individual or groups of patients directly from the software without exporting to another program.

Excellent Product

Pros

Installation and learning are effortless. The software's paperless approach enhances efficiency. Any issues are promptly addressed, often due to user error rather than glitches.

Cons

The only issue I've noticed is a brief delay when transitioning between sections of our SOAP note-taking process, and logging out and back in is required for changes. However, despite this, I can complete my notes accurately in under a minute per patient, compared to 5-10 minutes with my previous software.

Great for a small business that wants a larger package for an affordable price

With this software, I have plenty of options. It's web-based, so I can carry it wherever I go, offering both macros and typing capabilities. It covers everything I need for EHR and practice management, which makes me quite satisfied overall.

Cons

Amazing Chiropractic Billing and Scheduling Solution Beyond Impressed!

Pros

After struggling for years with another software, we gave ChiroSpring a shot based on its great reviews. It turned out to be the right move! Scheduling and billing are effortless. The customer support is incredibly responsive, sometimes replying within minutes. The Rooms app has significantly improved patient flow in our clinic. Cloud access is fantastic, and I particularly enjoy customizing my SOAP macros. My staff is much happier with ChiroSpring compared to our previous software. In summary, ChiroSpring is simple to use, packed with features, and nearly trouble-free.

Cons

If there's a downside to this software, I have not encountered it yet. I have no complaints so far.

Ideal For My Chiropractic Startup

Pros

Offering standard, premium, and advanced pricing options is crucial for attracting new practitioners, in my view. Unlike some other major chiro EHR companies, they provide a more affordable option. In my first month, with fewer than 10 clients, I couldn't justify paying over $250 per month for EHR.

Cons

Moving from page to page feels a bit clunky, but it's expected. In my experience, all chiropractic EHR software has a somewhat slower feel to them. Nevertheless, it's intuitive and easy to use.

Feature Change Request

Pros

Just by submitting a feature change request, the process was smooth. I received an immediate response! Any questions I had were quickly resolved, and within a day, I was informed that our request would be implemented. It's very exciting!

Cons

The only thing I can think of is a feature request we made, regarding printing the schedule from the schedule app and the doctor being able to see the patient's next appointment from the plan portion of the SOAP notes, as that is the last screen she's in.

Best EHR switch ever!

Pros

What I love most about switching to this software is how quickly and effectively I can complete my notes. I no longer spend every evening struggling to keep up with charting, which is a huge relief.

Cons

Since it's relatively new to my state, we're undergoing some customizations and updates. Once they are complete, everything will be perfect. CSB has been exceptional in providing solutions to every issue we encounter. Their customer service is unmatched.

Great software for solo practice or group

Pros

Our office, a group practice with multiple locations, absolutely appreciates the flexibility, simplicity, customizations, and intuitive design of the software. It makes onboarding new employees easy and gives them confidence in navigating the software swiftly. It also allows us to focus more on patient care and less on documentation, giving our team more time to concentrate on our office's mission.

Cons

The only negatives we've faced were some missing features that were important to us. However, as we brought these to their attention, they were quickly addressed, and solutions were found. Sometimes, they even added new features, which impresses me as a business owner.

Just what we need for our practice

Pros

ChiroSpring is incredibly user-friendly. We rely on it all day, every day, and it definitely contributes to the smooth operation of our practice. The support team is always available and quick to address any issues or questions we have. We're continuously learning new tips and tricks to make the most of the software.

Cons

Like any program, there are occasional bugs or glitches with each update, which can be frustrating. However, the support team promptly addresses any issues we encounter, making the resolution process smooth.
