Using this tool for my Accutane treatment has been an excellent experience. The telehealth setup is convenient, easy and has worked perfectly with my schedule. Throughout the process, the providers have been professional, attentive and thorough, always answering my questions and keeping a close eye on my progress at every stage. Prescriptions have been managed efficiently and everything has felt convenient from the start. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting a dependable and convenient telehealth provider. Being able to get evaluated and treated online, then have the medication shipped directly to me, is far more convenient than trying to book appointments with a dermatology office. I'm really thankful this option is available and even more thankful to finally have clear skin.

The prescription was mailed straight to our door and even the required bloodwork could be done from home. There is an at-home bloodwork kit available which made things even more convenient for us.

Watching him feel comfortable in his own skin again has meant so much to me as a parent. This platform has made treatment affordable, convenient and far less stressful than I expected. I'm truly grateful to this company for helping my son through such a difficult period in his life. Something that once felt overwhelming now feels completely manageable and that has made all the difference.

At first it's the practical stuff you notice, they provide the medication, answer quickly, give great advice about side effects and any worries and even have a community that makes the whole process feel a lot less lonely. But honestly, my real opinion is that they saved my face and I'm not even being dramatic. I had acne all over my face and body and nothing worked until I finally tried Accutane. Of course they didn't invent the treatment but they made the whole experience feel approachable when everything you read online makes it sound terrifying, like your skin is going to completely dry out or worse. They basically took away all the fear I had built up in my head. I really can't thank it enough for supporting me and helping me through something I had started to believe was impossible to fix.
