ClearHealth is a free and open-source Practice management (PM) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system available under the GNU General Public License. The application offers functionalities such as Record Management, Clinical Documentation, Order Entry, Report Generation, Accounting, Patient Administration, Application Integration, Billing, and Scheduling. Other offered features include Demographics, Disease Management, Decision Support, e-Prescribing, HL7, and Web Services. ClearHealth EHR acquired and modernized the robust VistA EMR system developed and used by the Veterans Health Administration. Their WebVista offers the only fully comprehensive VistA-based system coupled with practice management in a cost-effective, Web 2.0 package.
The software uses the FreeB2 medical billing engine. It is web-based comprehensive practice management & EMR system incorporating the key categories of functionality for scheduling, patient registration, electronic medical records, and CPOE, electronic and paper billing, and SQL reporting. As an open-source reference implementation of several interoperability protocols, ClearHealth EMR has support for working with data in HL7 and CCR formats.

It has made the whole process really simple and the micro-dosing isotretinoin has cleared up my skin without causing any side effects. Being able to get evaluated and treated online, then have the medication shipped directly to me, is far more convenient than trying to book appointments with a dermatology office. I'm really thankful this option is available and even more thankful to finally have clear skin.
