“good experience”

Pros

Getting Accutane through this platform gave me the clear skin I honestly never thought I'd have. Acne is finally one less thing on my mind and I'm so grateful for everything this company has done for me. They've been affordable, compassionate, understanding and supportive the whole way while helping me work toward healthier skin. This experience gave me hope and healing and I truly hope other people see results like mine and realize that clear skin is possible.

The only downside is that the treatment still takes time so you do need some patience before the full results show up.

The entire online process made a huge difference for me, being able to submit my information, get approved for treatment and receive a prescription without disrupting my schedule was incredibly convenient especially with working full time and traveling so often. I'm now just two months away from finishing treatment and my skin has honestly never been this clear. It has made such a big difference in both my complexion and my confidence and I really couldn't be happier with the results.

Cons

The biggest downside has been the dry lips and the other typical Accutane side effects which can definitely be uncomfortable while going through treatment.

Other than having to do the required lab work locally, everything else, from intake to follow-ups and ongoing guidance, was handled online. The platform feels carefully put together and the care team stayed responsive and professional the entire time. Overall, it made an intimidating process feel much more approachable organized and easy to navigate. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a simple, efficient and transparent experience.

Being able to handle everything online made this such a positive customer experience. I could message a dermatologist without dragging my son into in-person appointments, the check-in reminders kept us on track and the whole process fit around our schedule outside regular business hours which honestly was a lifesaver. The prescribed medication has worked really well too, after 6 months, his skin is noticeably better and clearing up that teenage stress made the dry skin and occasional joint pain feel worth it.

Please do not use this tool. It already takes around 6 months to reach the recommended dose and on top of that, they made it unbelievably hard to contact my provider or review test results within the strict 7-day pickup window. I'm not exaggerating when I say that every single time, I ended up taking multiple pregnancy tests just so I could pick up my medication and those are not cheap. It took nearly a full year just to get through 5 months of treatment, only for them to suddenly cancel everything and say I couldn't continue because of an issue that had been there since the beginning and never changed during treatment. This was the worst experience I've had with them and I would not recommend giving them any money. It's simply not worth the stress, pain or constant frustration.

The whole experience was excellent. Customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The Accutane rules are pretty strict but it handled everything in a way that made the process as convenient and manageable as possible. I ended up with amazing results from Accutane and would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with severe acne. Honestly, my only regret is not getting started earlier.

Even with a well-organized and aligned process, the Accutane requirements are still pretty demanding.
