“Performance concerns issues”
Pros
Pulling data out of the system for reporting is pretty easy and accessing charts internally for auditing is convenient as well.
Cons
Ongoing latency problems are frustrating and the platform also falls short when it comes to keeping up with ADA compliance.

“Flexible EMR solution”
Pros
There's a wide range of options which gave us the flexibility to build out our EMR in a way that actually fits our needs.
Cons
The implementation process was a bit wonky and it still doesn't offer every option we would like to have.

“Productivity issues”
Pros
Absolutely nothing. Out of all the systems I've worked with, this is easily the worst one by a wide margin.
Cons
It's honestly difficult to decide which part is the worst because there are so many problems. Time matters and this system takes far longer to use than any of the others I've worked with which seriously hurts productivity. On top of that orders and services from other providers appear on my home screen and I suspect that could be a HIPAA violation since many of those patients are not mine.

Pros
When it's functioning properly, Credible is remarkably smooth and user-friendly, making it easy for me to accomplish my tasks.

“Pretty Satisfied!”
Pros
Credible's Knowledge Base and Learning Management System training website are very useful. We had a training domain set up for staff practice before going live. The support team, contacted via task ticket, and the end-user training facilitated by Credible, as well as direct contacts like our Senior Partner relationship manager, are valuable resources.
Cons
There are some limitations with prescribing/ ordering medication.

“It works most of the time”
Pros
The application is fairly easy to use and allows some workflow creation that aligns with clinical care programs. Basic client and service data are easy to report and extract for non-technical users.
Cons
Ability to build intelligence into forms and data fields is limited, which leads to significant duplicate and/or manual entry of data in order to comply with state, federal and internal organizational data collection needs.

“Centralized information hub”
Pros
Managing client information is very easy with this system because everything is stored in one place for quick access. I also appreciate the user-friendly design and the minimal downtime which helps keep daily work running smoothly.
Cons
One downside is that removing incorrect information can be a bit tedious.

“Expanded resources library”
Pros
Since the merger with Qualifacts, I've noticed access to many new resources and additional features that have added value to the platform.
Cons
A lot of the updates end up causing unintended issues so they often need follow-up patches afterward.

“perfect reporting tool”
Pros
When it comes to report writing, the platform handles the basics very well. I also find the search functionality much easier to use which saves me time when looking for information.
Cons
Support is slow to respond to calls and the frequent software updates tend to create even more problems.

“Flexible configuration options”
Pros
What I value most is the configurability and flexibility. The forms meet our needs effectively and my experience with the support team has been consistently positive.
Cons
Upgrades have been a serious frustration because certain areas get affected and stop working afterward. It's exhausting to keep hearing that something is a known issue only after we report it, they should be warning customers ahead of time so problems can be avoided. Some of these issues have still not been fixed even three years after they were first identified and all we get is that the tech team is still working on it. A recent example was an upgrade that caused all E&M billing to default to the highest reimbursement level no matter what level we actually selected. We only caught it by chance and that kind of issue is extremely serious because it crosses into fraud without users even realizing there is a problem.

“Interface limitations concerns”
Pros
Ease of use is probably the software's greatest strength. I find navigation easy which makes it easy to work with on a daily basis.
Cons
Interface could definitely use some attention because it feels a bit outdated. The scheduling piece also needs to be reworked and having release of information as a separate module would make a big difference. There are still IT plan adjustments that need to be made before we can roll it out and with the number of issues seen at other agencies, it's hard to feel fully comfortable yet.

“Needs better automation capabilities”
Pros
Compared to the system we used previously, this has been a significant improvement. The workflow feels simple for clinicians and I appreciate that it supports both clinical operations and expanded data reporting capabilities.
Cons
The frustrating part is that information does not transfer well from one document to another. Nearly everything has to run through the scheduling module instead of working dynamically between forms and the schedule which creates a lot of extra clicking and duplicated effort. It would also benefit from stronger decision-support tools and better workflows to help move the agency toward value-based care, along with tighter integration with video platforms or the other way around so tablets can be used for direct client access.

“Workflow efficiency improvements”
Pros
Reducing our environmental footprint while improving workflow efficiency has been one of the biggest benefits I've seen. Having most of our data captured and managed in a single system has made a noticeable difference.
Cons
One downside is that the log doesn't provide enough detail about what was entered and when. It feels too broad for our IT team to properly review and when we contact support, they only see the same limited log so they can't offer much more insight. We've also run into intermittent cases where data goes missing even though our internal workflows showed it was there at the start.

“Data reporting insights”
Pros
The ability to generate reports immediately across a wide range of data points is extremely valuable to me. I also find the layout clear, user-friendly and easy to understand.
Cons
One issue is that printing information in a concise format can be frustrating. The business office also isn't always satisfied with how the software handles financial reporting.

“Easy implementation process”
Pros
From the moment I started using it, the system felt simple and easy to learn. The reporting features have been particularly useful in my day-to-day work.
Cons
Since we moved over from a paper-based process, there really isn't much to point to as a downside with this software.

“Mobile access features”
Pros
Working in the field has become much easier thanks to the mobile version. I regularly use it when away from the office and it's been a very helpful feature.
Cons
Ever since Qualifacts took over, the community-based parts of the software haven't gotten the same level of attention. Bugs and glitches that have already been reported still haven't been fixed and updates are often rolled out without enough testing which leads to unintended issues that disrupt the software's day-to-day use.

“Fast technical support service”
Pros
Among all the strengths of the platform, the technical support team stands out the most for me. Their response times are impressively fast even for issues submitted with a lower priority level.
Cons
Getting to the information I need can feel a bit too indirect, with a lot of extra buttons and in-between steps just to track things in the system.

“Feasible navigation experience”
Pros
Compared with the system we used before, this one feels much more simple. Navigation is easy and most of our staff have adjusted to it without much trouble.
Cons
There aren't as many built-in internal validations as we were hoping for, customer support has room for improvement and the form builder could use a few more features.
