Pros
Credible's Knowledge Base and Learning Management System training website are very useful. We had a training domain set up for staff practice before going live. Credible's support team, contacted via task ticket, and the end-user training facilitated by Credible, as well as direct contacts like our Senior Partner relationship manager, are valuable resources.
Cons
There are some limitations with prescribing / ordering medication.

Credible EHR
Credible EHR
Pros
The application is fairly easy to use and allows some workflow creation that aligns with clinical care programs. Basic client and service data are easy to report and extract for non-technical users.
Cons
Ability to build intelligence into forms and data fields is limited, which leads to significant duplicate and/or manual entry of data in order to comply with state, federal and internal organizational data collection needs.
