“Implementation concerns challenges”
Pros
This system has been terrible on multiple levels. The company hasn't been upfront about the software's limitations and they made a lot of promises that clearly are never going to happen.
Cons
Before we went live in May 2024, we were assured the system would fit our needs. A year later, we're still meeting with support every week and only very minor fixes have been made.

“simple platform design”
Pros
The product feels very simple and getting around it is simple.
Cons
Lately, there seem to be more frequent latency issues and that has been causing a lot of frustration for the clinical staff.

“great collaboration tools”
Pros
Working with different agencies and being able to collaborate on their processes has been really valuable.
Cons
I didn't run into any major issues. Some of the information shared wasn't relevant to every person or agency but it was still informative overall.

“Custom forms builder”
Pros
Handling most clinical documentation is pretty easy and the option to build custom forms makes it much easier to match the way our agency works.
Cons
The IT plan can be frustrating because the date fields are not very clear especially the difference between the end date and the goal date. People mix them up all the time and even staff who have been using the IT plan for years still forget which one they are supposed to enter. On top of that, add-on features like IQ and the client portal are priced too high for smaller agencies like mine. We usually end up using third-party options for those kinds of tools because it just is not cost-effective to go with theirs.

“Flexible workflows configuration”
Pros
Right from the start, the layout felt simple which made navigation simple and helped a lot when training new staff. The customizable features let us adapt workflows to fit the specific needs of our agency and the customer service support has been excellent throughout.
Cons
One area that could be better is the knowledge base. It can be confusing when trying to find exactly what you need and some of the articles aren't written as clearly as they could be.

“Easy onboarding experience”
Pros
It didn't take much time to start with the program. Moving around the system feels very simple and most of it is self-explanatory. It's also simple to explore new features and figure things out on your own without needing much help.
Cons
An issue comes up every now and then is locating clients. It would help a lot if typing part of a name automatically showed a list of similar matches. Since client names are sometimes entered with the wrong spelling, it can easily lead to duplicate records for the same person.

“positive experience”
Pros
Getting the reporting data I need has been a real plus and the documentation is easy to work with.
Cons
The downside is that updates seem to create problems in other areas every time. I'm also part of the Arkansas User Group and there are constant complaints about task tickets not getting resolved.

“Stable platform performance”
Pros
Overall, the platform has been very stable, the helpdesk is usually quite helpful and the system offers a good level of customization.
Cons
EMAR, eLabs and eRx still need to be updated or rebuilt since they rely too heavily on manual processes. The client portal is also priced almost the same as the EHR system and it is still being developed so it is not yet fully functional.

“User-friendly adoption process”
Pros
It feels very user friendly and easy to use overall. It didn't take long to learn which made adoption much easier for the team.
Cons
One concern came up with a trainer two of my staff worked with recently, as she didn't seem to fully understand the subject she was supposed to be teaching. Because of that, the training didn't feel worth the money we spent on it. We've also dealt with delays in getting responses to problems or issues in the past. That has improved over the last year or so but it's still something that continues to be a sticking point.

“Accessible support channels”
Pros
The system is pretty easy which is a big plus for people who don't have much technical experience. The layout feels simple so day-to-day navigation is efficient and not confusing. Another standout is the chat support and ticketing system, whenever questions come up or help is needed, the support team is accessible, genuinely helpful and quick to respond to tickets.
Cons
Over the past year, the system has become noticeably slower and that latency has led to downtime for our organization and negatively impacted client care. Since the rollout of updated interfaces and added features, there also seems to be an increase in bugs and other system problems that aren't always resolved quickly. On top of that, system administration comes with a pretty steep learning curve and the knowledge base doesn't always provide the information needed when trying to figure things out.

“Evolving platform capabilities”
Pros
This software keeps evolving with new additions and it offers more capabilities than most people realize when they first begin using it.
Cons
The frustrating part is feeling like there is no one I can simply reach out to when I hit a snag in the platform or in BI without being billed for help. Sometimes I only need to ask a quick question or get a little guidance but it feels like it has to be a major issue because support is limited unless we pay extra. As someone still new to the system, that makes learning the program harder since it doesn't feel like there is much of a support network beyond my own agency.

“Search and reporting tools are good”
Pros
Using this system has made day-to-day work much more user-friendly. Nearly all data can be searched quickly or exported into reports and the knowledge base gives a fast, convenient reference point for just about any issue or question that comes up.
Cons
A few of the built-in treatment plan features don't offer the same high level of customization as the rest of the application and the form builder still doesn't support tables.

“decent system customization options”
Pros
Being able to configure and tailor the system to our needs is a big plus especially when it comes to programs, user roles, forms and reports.
Cons
Ongoing latency is a real problem. It often feels like the system doesn't have enough resources to handle users working at the same time, running ad hoc reports and using BI tools. Instead of timing out reports that used to run fine or placing artificial limits on how much of our own data we can analyze and report on, the platform really needs more resources and overall capacity.

“Customizable platform settings”
Pros
Getting around the system is simple and it doesn't take much effort to learn how to use it. A big plus is being able to customize a lot of features so they fit the specific needs of our agency and feel more user friendly.
Cons
Frustrating part is when an update comes out and suddenly something that was never an issue before turns into one. A lot of the changes feel unnecessary especially things like color tweaks, font changes or screen layout adjustments. It really just needs to function properly without all the pointless updates.

“Latency issues concerns”
Pros
It's highly configurable and can be adapted for much more than just an EMR. The BI capabilities are also great.
Cons
Recently, the system has been dealing with frequent latency problems and it feels like it happens almost every day. There are weekly updates that often end up breaking other areas of the platform and relying on customers to test rollouts clearly is not working.

“great for integration needs”
Pros
Everything feels clearly laid out and simple to move through so getting around the platform is very easy. One thing I really appreciate is how customizable it is and the connection with a strong BI tool like Yellowfin works easily as well.
Cons
Interface does feel a bit dated at the moment although they've started rolling out major updates that are giving it a more modern appearance.
