“easy training program”
Pros
Getting people up to speed with this software doesn't take much time which makes training new staff pretty easy. The interface is simple for most users and while it looks a bit dated, it still works well. Most people can get to the sections they need without much trouble and complete their paperwork without issues. It's also been very reliable and we hardly ever run into downtime with the website or the software itself.
Cons
Interface could really use improvement since it feels a little outdated and could benefit from newer technology. It would also help to have more options to hide parts of the software users aren't allowed to access, rather than showing them buttons or sections that only lead to access error messages. The restrictions should definitely stay in place but removing those views and buttons would make the interface feel much cleaner.

“Multi-program support system”
Pros
Running different services, from behavioral health to adult and pediatric developmental disability programs, means we need something that can work across departments and this has done a fairly good job of that. It fits our behavioral health services especially well and the customizable forms and service options have also been useful for the rest of our programs.
Cons
One downside is that the iT Care app is still missing several features that are available on the website. A lot of those tools are important for frontline staff so they end up having to access the website on their mobile devices instead.

“limited functionality”
Pros
This platform is very easy to use and when new staff come on board, they can be trained and up to speed in a short amount of time.
Cons
The functionality feels limited. With how important data outcomes are today, there needs to be more flexibility when it comes to extracting data.

“Easy scheduling tool”
Pros
It delivers on what it promises. Once the proper training is done, the system becomes very user friendly. Scheduling clients is simple and works well.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is selecting a service type while scheduling appointments. It would help a lot to be able to type in and search for a service type instead of scrolling through the long list the company has set up.

“Customizable forms templates”
Pros
Navigation is easy, the forms can be customized nicely and the overall experience feels simple for the end user.
Cons
Customer support does resolve issues but the response time is often slower and less proactive than I'd prefer.

“Unified workflow platform”
Pros
Having clinical documentation, scheduling and team communication together in one system makes day-to-day work much more manageable. Our therapists and behavioral health techs can complete everything they need in one place without jumping between different tools. The interface is user-friendly and doesn't take long to learn. On top of that, the IT support is consistently available through live chat and phone and the ticket system is really helpful whenever there's an issue with a progress note or something that needs further attention.
Cons
A few staff members have mentioned occasional outages and losing notes they were in the middle of writing. That said, it usually happens when the EHR is left open and unattended for too long and the system logs the user out as a safeguard so PHI isn't left exposed.

“Support delays concerns”
Pros
Getting around the system is easy and training staff on how to use it doesn't take much effort.
Cons
Technical support has been disappointing. We still have tickets from six months ago that haven't been resolved and we haven't received any status updates either.
