Pros

Using and navigating the system is pretty easy. It helps reduce no-shows and the reminders are highly beneficial in our line of work.

Pros

Navigation is not hassle. Their customer service is exceptional! They promptly address any issues that arise and consistently resolve them to our satisfaction.

Great software with amazing customer service

Pros

It is completely automated which makes it such a delight to use. The software sends reminders out to patients and we no longer have to follow up with them about appointments.

Cons

It would be nice to have more customization options in the software.

Doctor Connect has been wonderful

Pros

We have had a very good experience with the software and customer care always reaches out to us in a jiffy. It is fully functional and we can connect with patients and avoid no-shows.

Cons

It did not have integration capabilities when I paid for it.

Contract is worthless

Pros

My experience was average. We faced numerous confirmation issues due to our older patient demographic being unfamiliar with texts/emails. This led to more messages being left than it was worth, requiring additional calls from my staff.

Cons

As mentioned earlier, integration with our current software system has been challenging, leading to additional work.

Pros

Deploying this product was simple, and it offers an excellent way to communicate with our patients. Doctor Connect enhanced our patient communication, saving us time by eliminating daily confirmation calls. Immediate form submissions and automatic returns streamline our processes.

Implementation was a smooth process. The sales manager and support team are professional, responsive, and friendly. Bulk messaging is a significant advantage for us. They provided outstanding end-user training during implementation.

FGC review of DoctorConnect

Pros

The feature that stands out to me the most is the ability to engage in two-way texting with our consumers.

Cons

Our previous system was outdated and riddled with flaws. Transitioning to DoctorConnect marked a significant upgrade for us. I have no complaints as I love all the features we have used so far.

5 star software program!!

Pros

This software excels in appointment reminders and allows for free text exchanges with patients, a crucial feature during the COVID-19 pandemic. The option for patients to check in via text from the parking lot was particularly beneficial. Many other software programs we considered lacked this capability. The customer support has always been prompt.

Cons

Our primary concern with the software is the inability to modify our reminder messages internally. However, our support person consistently responds promptly to make the changes for us!

Pros

The integration process was seamless, and the support team member quickly created our custom reminders. She is exceptional and consistently responsive to our queries. The training was efficient, and we were operational with appointment reminders on the same day as training!

Pros

Fast and affordable.

Pros

Anyone can buy this product as it is very affordable. It is very intuitive and fast, and one can easily get the scheduling tasks done by it. It is packed with amazing features and a very organized dashboard. The support team has been great and is very friendly.

Cons

If support could also be provided on Sundays, it would be a great addition to this. However, there are not as such any issues.

Increased efficiency of work.

Pros

Extremely easy to use and has a very user-friendly interface. This has made medical billing and encounter noting of the clients a lot easier for me. A great system for scheduling patients’ appointments.

Cons

This can not be used from home or anywhere other than the office as it is not cloud-based software. Consequently, to access the database you need to log in to the onsite computer.
