I truly like using Baycare. It makes a difference with remaining in contacts with patients and keeping their data secure and accessible to them when they require it.

I do not like how after you begin having issues, it just freezes and you have to restart it

“I love the product itself but the customer support is phenomenal.
Pros
Automated alerts have saved us so much time and money. We can are also able to catch clients who decide not to show up last minute via texts the software sends right before the appointment!
Cons
My only slight issue is the new Waitlist feature which they are testing. I think it will require extensive training and could end up being beneficial but the jury is out on it currently!

Pros
DoctorConnect has been a game-changer for our administrative support team, saving us a lot of time. The automated reminders seamlessly integrate with our EMR/EHR, thanks to the exceptional IT team that assisted in the setup. By communicating with clients through their preferred channels (text, call, email), we save time and money, reducing no-shows and cancellations. Engaging with clients who haven't confirmed appointments beforehand via a quick text has helped us prevent many missed appointments. Customizable templates tailored to our admin and client needs have streamlined our communications with minimal training, enhancing client interactions effectively.
Cons
There is not much we find fault with in DoctorConnect. One minor issue is with their "Waitlist" feature, which is still in beta. Despite being tech-savvy, I have struggled to use it effectively without adding extra work or requiring extended training for my team. However, after providing feedback to their team of developers and my account manager, they have welcomed and incorporated the suggestions. I anticipate this feature will become one of their pivotal offerings, enhancing its success. Once perfected, this automation will significantly save time and money for our practice.

Enhanced customer communications and staff time management have led to reduced overtime. The software is reasonably priced, with exceptional customer service and support. Decreased incoming phone calls allow more focus on daily tasks, contributing to an improved no-show rate.

“Why didn't we make the switch sooner?!?
Pros
Transitioning to Doctor Connect for reminder calls was a breeze and swift! Our sales director, Catherine, was fantastic and made the process seamless. The user-friendly dashboard of Doctor Connect is a hit with the staff! We wish we had made the switch years ago!

Pros
With the help of this software it is so easy to send out appointment reminders. The support team of DoctorConnect is outstanding. They are always there to help us and are extremely friendly. The support team helped us customize our Survey emails. We haven’t seen any technical glitches since we started using DoctorConnect back in the early 2016.
Cons
There are a few predictable problems on the one-way interface, but it is not a major issue to worry about.

We use this software mainly for scheduling. It does the reminder call itself, which saves a lot of our time. The support team of DoctorConnect is really amazing, they train you completely and always help you whenever you’re in need of their help. With this system, communication between patient and staff has become a lot more easy and trouble free. Plus, it can be accessed from anywhere at any time.
Cons
I would like them to add a print functionality, so that we are able to print the schedule on a daily basis. Also, there is no way to edit an appointment, if we make a mistake or just have to make changes to the appointment, we have to delete it completely and start over. It would be great if they add an edit feature for appointments as well. The interface is not pleasing at all.

Pros
This product was exactly what we have been looking for. Since day one it has been so amazing that we love it. It is so easy to use this system. The training was great, and now we can easily train other employees as well.
Cons
There is a flaw that we noticed in the system and it is that we are unable to change the phone number in real time. Neither can we reset it nor change it. If they add this function to the system, everything will be great about this product.

Pros
The emergency blasts of this product are really great, I’ve used it and then mentioning about it. It is amazing. The support team is very user-friendly. The representative assigned to us “Rozell” is outstanding. A lot of time is being saved by our staff, that was utilized making individual calls to a large volume of patients daily. Time is now being used in keeping things organized and working hard to provide better patient care.
Cons
We haven’t faced any cons of this product yet. Any minor issues that we faced during the implementation process and learning were quickly resolved for us. Highly impressed by the team.

The software notifies us in advance about patients looking to reschedule, freeing up slots for new appointments.
Cons
Patients receive calls on Sundays after 7:00 pm. For instance, P. Ross had an appointment on 4-13-18 and received two calls on a Sunday after 7:00 pm. Kindly refrain from making calls after 3:00 pm on Sundays.

Pros
This software is user-friendly and entirely automated! Making changes is not an issue anymore, but if I ever encounter a hurdle, help is just an email or phone call away. It has relieved my front desk staff of one of the most frustrating tasks making appointment reminder calls! Besides reminders, the program offers a plethora of functionalities like requesting and displaying patient reviews, setting up future appointment recalls, sending emergency calls/texts during office closures or delays, and more. It has saved us money and is worth every penny.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have more customization options for the Recare setup. Apart from that, it works exceptionally well!

Pros
The product is great, it is affordable, so anyone can get it. The product itself is very efficient, and fast. You can easily get the tasks done by it. The customer support team is extremely friendly, they are the best. The sales representative that I communicate with is wonderful, the way she trained us, benefitted us a lot.
Cons
There isn’t anything major, just that if they could provide support on Sundays as well. Although, the issue was resolved first thing on Monday morning.
