Pros

The software was much easier to use 15 months ago, providing a more seless experience.

Cons

Unfortunately, recent progrming updates have made the software more difficult to use. Increased downtime and technical issues have affected timely communication and productivity, resulting in the need for additional resources. While the Klara te provides timely responses, the results have been unsatisfactory. Requesting compensation for the inconvenience was met with refusal. I will continue to monitor the situation, but if the situation worsens, I may need to seek an alternative solution.

Although there isnt much that I like about the software, I appreciate its seless communication with patients and the ability to involve other parties when necessary.

Cons

The products high cost and lack of integration with external EHR systems are significant drawbacks. A more comprehensive and easily integrated option would better suit our practices needs.

As a beta user, I have found Klara to be indispensable in my medical practice. Its HIPAA-compliant features make it easy to manage complex patients and maintain effective communication. The integration of telemedicine during the COVID-19 pandemic was a ge-changer, allowing me to continue providing care while in lockdown. The ability to transcribe and organize voicemail messages from patients is an invaluable feature.

I have no complaints about Klara and wouldnt give it up.

Klara has allowed us to optimize and streline our patient engagement. The secure text messaging, file sharing, intake form capabilities, and communication tracking have been instrumental in our practice. Cons
