As someone deeply involved in software installation, training, and support, I can attest to Eldermark's user-friendliness and excellent customer service.
Cons
Our main struggle lies in the inability to do live or alert charting that's accessible anywhere. With staff spread across multiple locations, it would greatly simplify things to review chart updates from any location.

Once acquainted with the program, it becomes effortless to manage and make necessary changes securely.
Cons
Adding notes to a resident chart that automatically pop up would be fantastic. Also, being able to search a resident's name across all facilities would save a lot of time.

As someone who handles almost all the installation, training, and follow-up tech support at our corporate office, I have worked with every area of the software. From entering prospects and moving in residents to setting up new users, Eldermark has been a dream to work with. It is intuitive for all types of employees, has excellent customer service, and my support team is always available with the answers I need. The IT team collaborates on upgrades, customization, and overall support. Even top management gets involved with day-to-day operations. For me, customer service is the most important aspect, and everything else can be worked through.
Cons
Our biggest challenge is the inability to do live or alert charting accessible from anywhere, which would benefit our staff working at multiple locations.

Eldermark has been a massive time saver for our company. It has many fantastic functions, and if you can think of something, Eldermark likely has a way to make it happen. They are always enhancing the user experience. We have been very satisfied with the software and are adding new modules from them.
Cons
Whenever I think of something that could improve usability, I contact the company, and they usually already have a solution and can show me how it's done!

Pros
This product is extremely easy to use. Once you become familiar with the program, it's great for making corrections or modifying information. There are safeguards in place so only authorized users can make changes. The product works well for both nursing staff and the office's accounting department. I highly recommend it.
Cons
It would be great to add notes to a resident's chart that automatically pop up when accessing the record, especially for specific reminders. Also, searching a resident's name across all 14 facilities would save time.
