“Great Support for a Great Product
Pros
The support team is outstanding; they are always quick to respond and follow up. The overall ease of the product from a user perspective is also excellent. Everything is straightforward. There are minimal glitches and unscheduled downtimes, and any issues are quickly resolved.
Cons
The lack of web-based access and the complexity of navigating customizations in user setup roles is frustrating.

Its functionality lies in its simplicity, with a user-friendly interface accessible across devices.
Cons
It's not the most user-friendly and lacks customization. Resizing it to fit more residents on the screen without scrolling would be helpful, especially when time is of the essence during medication administration. Having access to an actual MAR instead of just current medication due would be safer. Also, not being able to search a total database of residents with meds due is frustrating, especially in emergencies. An offline MAR would be beneficial for network downtime.

It combines functionality with simplicity. The GUI is decent, making everything easily accessible within the app.
Cons
The software isn't intuitive or customizable. Resizing it to fit more residents on the screen would save time. Accessing an actual MAR and viewing past medications given is crucial for safety and convenience. The inability to search the entire resident database for medications due is very frustrating, especially when network issues occur.

Pros
The software is easy to learn and install. The support team is excellent. This product has helped my company save money and has made our employees' work easier. We currently use the point-of-care module, capturing data that used to get lost on paper. We have also learned to use our time more effectively, as point-of-care integrates smoothly with Eldermark, improving the billing process. Overall, it's a fantastic product.
