This software's superb user-friendliness and well-organized layout allow me to navigate through tabs and pages swiftly, freeing up more time to dedicate to patients and ensuring efficient phone interactions.
Cons
It is inconvenient that the software crashes a few times a week, especially when handling continuous phone calls. As someone working on the PM side and handling billing, I wish there was a smoother process for finalizing payments, particularly for current dates of service.

Pros
Having an EMR specifically designed for urgent care facilities is fantastic. It is important for me to have a software vendor who understands our needs and limitations to ensure a stable and functional EMR. I also like that the interface is clean, user-friendly, and easy to train on.
Cons
Over the past year, I have noticed that the general support line has become less helpful. When I have a relatively simple issue, it now takes much longer to resolve. And whenever there is an update, I prepare myself for problems as I can almost always count on something being broken.

“Experity from the begining to WOW!!!!
Pros
I have been using Experity EHR for 4 years and I absolutely love this software and the company. They are quite innovative, friendly and just great to work with. There is never a dull moment, with exciting new features and a team that clearly enjoys their jobs. I even visited Experity EHR in SD and if you get the chance go there for sure you will be sold!
Cons
I have no complaints as the adaptability of the system, no matter what stage my clinic is in it works. Whether its new, transitioning or growing things works for me in all situations.

Pros
Using this software is pretty easy. Anyone can pick it up. It truly stands out as one of the most user friendly systems I have ever used. I love all of its features.
Cons
Honestly, the customer service team and staff often lack knowledge about the occupational medicine functions and features. Although Experity has made significant improvements over the past five years and continues to do so, not all customer service representatives understand the occupational medicine aspects of the software. One major issue for me is with the invoices. As a practice with multiple locations, our invoices print one location per page, sometimes exceeding 10 pages. We need all charges listed in date order, regardless of the location visited. This setup leads to frequent short-paid or partially paid invoices because clients often overlook the last pages which causes me to spend extra time calling them to explain and request additional payments. It also increases our costs due to more paper use and additional postage and envelope costs for long invoices.

Pros
Experity software is very user friendly. I can easily check a patient in under 2 minutes.
Cons
I would really like it if we could scan an insurance card and have the information automatically populate the insurance sections. I wish we could make Experity entirely paperless so patients could simply enter their information on an iPad and it would instantly appear on our screen.
