“Easy Peasy!
Pros
The software is very easy to use. Its organized in simple steps and everything is laid out clearly. I have seen improvements in speed and functionality over the years. Overall, its one of the best EMR systems I have used.
Cons
The system falls short in the billing area particularly if you are focused on Occupational Health. The tech support is not as knowledgeable as I hoped.

Pros
Experity is user-friendly with a clear and precise program. I like how customizable it is for each clinic. For billing, its very helpful to direct claims to specific work baskets and to load claims by insurance.
Cons
There are a few features I wish Experity had. For instance, I did like to have the option to edit or delete notes (at least on the day they are entered) and highlight specific things in the notes section. I also wish the workbasket screen would show the entire patient address.

Pros
I absolutely love this program. Its so simple to use, very self-explanatory and follows a step by step process that makes data entry simple and quick.
Cons
I dislike it when the insurance verification goes down but Experity EHR almost always resolves these issues quickly.

“One of the best systems
Pros
This system has to be one of the easiest to learn. Even though I had no prior experience with it, I adapted quickly. Its a fantastic system for training with endless possibilities.
Cons
Sometimes fixing problems can be a bit time consuming but overall customer service is usually pretty quick.

“Connecting Transworld ISSUE
Pros
For me, Experity is very user friendly. I can easily click to fill in other fields like addresses and phone numbers.
Cons
Experity is struggling to connect children with their guarantors which is preventing us from transferring bad debt to our Transworld Systems Bad Debt company. This issue has not been resolved yet and I have many childrens balances on hold because of it. Its very frustrating to wait for this issue to be addressed.

“Great value and easy to use
Pros
I found it very easy to learn, especially on the EMR side. Our doctors rarely needed more than an hour of training. The price was also very reasonable, particularly since we bundled the system with the RCM product which offered great overall value.
Cons
I found the reporting functionality to be fairly limited. It worked for us with our four locations, but I did imagine it would be challenging to get appropriate reporting if we were to expand.

Pros
It works well in an urgent care setting. It gets the job done and if set up correctly from the start, provides a simple easy to use EMR.
Cons
Many of the functionalities are not fully developed. Often, when I press a button nothing happens. If they could improve some of the features they hint at, it would be amazing. Plus the quality of customer support is very inconsistent.

I value how dedicated it is to making urgent care and occupational medicine easier.
Cons
I find the interface to be outdated. I can click on things that it does not recognize as clickable and the flow is not so smooth.

“The Real Experity
Pros
The software offers great value for the money spent. After the initial setup, its easy to use the EMR and I do not have to pay a per provider fee.
Cons
I have faced several issues like poor reporting, a laborious setup and poor customer support. Frequent outages and printing issues are also major problems for me.

“Just because it's the best, doesn't mean it's great.
Pros
I believe this is the best EMR/PM for the industry. Experity understands that urgent cares need speed and high patient volume, so they designed their interface with that in mind. I have not seen any EMR better suited for simplifying the patient check-in process and maximizing efficiency with minimal information. Plus, the analytical capabilities are excellent.
Cons
The billing side is extremely buggy. For instance, if I need to update a patient's credit card information, my entire computer freezes for about two minutes. This is not just an issue for me but it is a common problem for other Experity users as well. There are several other bugs in the billing cycle like having to reset the payment method for no apparent reason sometimes.

Pros
We find it user-friendly and easily customizable to fit our practice. Customer support is always available to help with any problems.
Cons
Update glitches have been the biggest issue for me but customer service is always on top of it. They usually respond quickly to any problems.

“Not Good For Billing
Pros
I really like how user-friendly Experity is. It never crashes or freezes and when system maintenance is happening a red banner at the top of the screen informs me of whats being done and why.
Cons
I find this software inadequate for billing purposes. When I add notes anyone can go in and delete them. If an electronic claim needs to be routed from the primary payer to the secondary payer, the system deletes the primary payment information before sending the claim to the secondary payer. Also the system has numerous glitches that lead to incorrect billing. For example, if I switch from regular charges to self-pay charges and then open the medical record, the self-pay charge disappears and the regular charge reappears. Updating insurance information is also quite problematic.

Pros
The ease of using the system is the only standout feature for me. Unfortunately, the installation process has been quite daunting.
Cons
The implementation process is slow, with minimal assistance from the Experity company. They are inflexible about scheduling and working with doctors outside of normal hours.
