User-friendly tailored specifically to the field and the iPad kiosk feature is a standout.

“Must have practice management system( Officemate or Eyefinity PMS) separate from EHR”
Pros
Contact lens products load accurately but pricing in the management system needs attention.
Cons
Using OfficeMate for typing exam notes and then charting in Eyefinity EHR improves efficiency. Data-driven tasks like contact lens trials can be cumbersome.

“EHR is tolerable PManagment makes you want to kill yourself”
Pros
While mostly functional the EHR lacks personalization unlike systems like ExamWriter which I prefer for their templates.
Cons
The practice management software's performance is extremely poor with issues in communication and billing making it a frustrating experience overall.
