Decent software overall

Pros

I love how easy it is to track the number of visits while handling authorizations. The roll forward feature on daily notes really speeds up documentation. Plus the physician contact log and the ability to quickly fax documents to keep doctors updated are very helpful. All these features make it such a useful tool to have!

Cons

I find it frustrating that I cant add or charge no show fees directly from the calendar view and admin staff are charged the full user rate.

Solid all around solution

Pros

What I like most about it is how simple the scheduling is, being able to create reports and the fact that the reconciliation process is really easy to understand.

Cons

I cant create or modify rules. Also reports from Insights New take 24 hours to reflect any data changes which is impractical in a fast paced environment. I also cant share Legacy Reports which is a problem because sometimes I just want to share a few reports but they are only for Admin access.

Fantastic all-around product

Pros

I absolutely love the new features they've added. Being able to search by phone number or date of birth instead of just by name is a huge improvement. It makes the whole program so much more efficient and user-friendly especially when I need to find someone quickly. These updates really make the experience better overall.

Cons

I wish Fusion had a feature to pull reports based on therapist caseload. That would make things a lot easier.

Very easy to use

Pros

It is incredibly user-friendly, which makes the whole note-taking and documentation process so much easier. I used to dread handling all the paperwork but now everything flows seamlessly. I can get through my tasks much faster and it just makes everything feel so much more organized.

Cons

I really don't like that you can't change the evaluation section of the evaluations. It feels a bit limiting.

Top-notch product

Pros

Setting tasks and reminders is super easy and I really like how simple it is to communicate through messages. It's all so simple, so I don't waste time trying to figure things out. I can stay on top of everything and keep in touch with my team without any problem.

Cons

Once you delete a message, it's gone for good. There's no way to recover it which can be frustrating at times.

Ideal system for docs

Pros

The accessibility of the program is one of the best parts. It's easy to use and updating my schedule is so simple. I can make changes on the go without any complications.

Cons

Sometimes, when I try to check in patients, it doesn't pull up the right one. Aside from that, everything else works great!

Flexible system

Pros

What I like the most about this program is how flexible it is. I can add or remove things as needed, which makes it perfect for my specific needs. I don't feel restricted by the system and that flexibility lets me personalize everything to fit how I work best.

Cons

I really miss the ability to hover over goals and see progress data from a specific date. It used to allow this if you clicked on the date when previewing the goal data but they removed it in the last update. Also, it would be nice to check in my own patients and see my coworkers' schedules.

Easiest software to use

Pros

It's seriously user-friendly! It's really easy to use and I love that I don't need any special training to figure it out. Everything is right where I need it and I don't have to waste time searching for things.

Cons

If Fusion could make it easier to create PR invoices, that would really simplify invoicing for us.

Not what I expected

Pros

Having everything in one place has been such a game-changer for me. Instead of flipping between different systems or tabs, I can access everything I need right here. It's super convenient and I feel much more organized.

Cons

I've had a terrible experience with the billing side of Fusion. They drained close to $14,000 from our account, claiming it was for "attempting" collections, even though most of the claims had already been paid. The whole experience felt unprofessional. One of the Fusion employees even smirked and grinned the entire time during a Zoom meeting while we tried to discuss the issue. It's been frustrating dealing with them.

Simple tool!

Pros

Writing notes and checking patients in when they arrive is so easy now. Everything is laid out in a way that makes sense, so I don't have to waste time figuring out what to do next. It's really efficient and it helps me stay on track during busy days.

Cons

It's really difficult to calculate patient attendance in Fusion. I've had glitches that caused me to lose notes or documents and I've had to redo everything multiple times.

Very user-friendly

Pros

I really appreciate how easy it is to use the system. It's all written in simple, clear language with no complicated jargon. As someone who isn't super tech-savvy this makes a huge difference.

Cons

I don't like that there are separate documents for re-assessments and initial evaluations. My company doesn't use them and it just feels unnecessary. I'm not sure if it's something we can turn off yet but it would be nice if we could.

My experience with Fusion

Pros

Honestly I'm not a fan of this program at all. It's really not a good fit for my needs and I think it could be a lot better. I hope they work on making some big improvements because right now it's just not working for me.

Cons

Honestly, I don't like much about it. It's not very user-friendly and I've had appointments disappear. It would be great if it was easier to access patient records.

Excellent product

Pros

For someone just starting out like me, It is super easy to understand. I had no problem getting the hang of it and it's been a real time-saver. I feel confident using it, which is great as a new practitioner.

Cons

It crashes sometimes and it can take hours to get it fixed. This is super frustrating because it stops clients from checking into their appointments.

Didn't quite fit my needs

Pros

If you're doing insurance billing, Fusion is amazing. It's so streamlined for that specific purpose and I don't have to worry about errors or delays. Everything just works perfectly when I need to send out claims.

Cons

As a mobile practice, it's been tough not being able to access key charting features on the go. It makes scheduling and charting much harder than it needs to be.

Quick & simple

Pros

The navigation is super easy and I've been able to document things faster than ever before. I love how I can pull up information from previous notes.

Cons

I honestly don't have any cons so far , I love it! After using a different platform, It's way better in my opinion.

Umm good tool

Pros

The access to client information is great. I can easily jump from one page to another without any slowdowns and that helps me stay efficient. It's nice being able to review everything I need in one place.

Cons

The mobile app is really hard to use. Moving between pages and files is frustrating. I also wish you could import the last daily note to the newest IFSP progress notes.

Almost worth it but not quite

Pros

It does what it's supposed to do and gives a solid summary of our financials. It's not perfect but it gets the job done and helps me stay on top of things. I can appreciate that!

Cons

I don't like that it doesn't sync with Microsoft Office calendars and it doesn't link with WebABA or WebABA's billing software. This makes it a nightmare for our office since we have to run two EMRs and two billing systems. It would be so much easier if It just included ABA billing. Also the recent price increase doesn't seem to match any noticeable improvements.

User friendly tool

Pros

Really like how user friendly it is. It makes learning and using it as a provider really easy. Plus I appreciate how you can access various areas of Fusion but it can also be limited to only the information and areas you need. Works however you want it to!

Cons

There are often issues where Fusion is slow or completely unavailable for long periods. Also using Fusion on mobile is tough and I cant access it easily from my phone at home neither can I view multiple schedules at once.
