“frustrating exit terms”
Pros
The default templates are genuinely useful especially for small medical and healthcare businesses. My favorite feature is the "Pull Forward" option for previous notes which makes documentation and paperwork much more manageable and convenient.
Cons
The pricing doesn't feel worth it if you have fewer than 10 users. Support isn't available in real time either since most things get pushed to the online library, FAQs or AI instead of actual personalized help. It's also hard to get one-on-one assistance when you really need it. On top of that, leaving Fusion comes with strict contract terms, including a required 3 or 6-month advance notice before you can cancel so the fine print really matters. Data export was also very frustrating especially based on how poorly they managed a client's exit.

There really wasn't anything positive to mention.
Cons
Without a doubt this was the worst billing experience I've ever dealt with. I would absolutely not recommend ENSORA to anyone. Their billing department kept charging me for several months even though they provided no services whatsoever. I made multiple attempts to get the problem resolved but nothing was ever corrected. On top of that, the manager was completely unresponsive and ignored my concerns. The company showed no accountability or professionalism at all. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this service.

“Well-organized EMR with useful features”
Pros
It is so easy to use and it comes with a wide range of features that make documentation and EMR tasks much more manageable. Everything is laid out in a very organized way which helps a lot in day-to-day use.
Cons
I'd really like to see the ability to lock case notes so no one else can delete or change another person's note. It would also help if the appointment list clearly distinguished makeup sessions from regular appointments. Adding a "late cancel" option would be a nice improvement too.

Pros
Back when this platform was still Fusion Web Clinic it was a very different experience. We started using it about 9 years ago under the original company and at that time it was an excellent product. It really felt like one of the most advanced and user-friendly EMRs available for SLPs.
Cons
Customer support is completely nonexistent now, literally zero help when you need it. That was never the case with the original company because their support used to be excellent. Ever since the platform was sold around 2021 to a private equity firm, it feels like the focus shifted away from helping users and toward pushing additional products and services.

Pros
I love how easy it is to track the number of visits while handling authorizations. The roll forward feature on daily notes really speeds up documentation. Plus the physician contact log and the ability to quickly fax documents to keep doctors updated are very helpful. All these features make it such a useful tool to have!
Cons
I find it frustrating that I cant add or charge no show fees directly from the calendar view and admin staff are charged the full user rate.

Pros
What I like most about it is how simple the scheduling is, being able to create reports and the fact that the reconciliation process is really easy to understand.
Cons
I cant create or modify rules. Also reports from Insights New take 24 hours to reflect any data changes which is impractical in a fast paced environment. I also cant share Legacy Reports which is a problem because sometimes I just want to share a few reports but they are only for Admin access.

Pros
I absolutely love the new features they've added. Being able to search by phone number or date of birth instead of just by name is a huge improvement. It makes the whole program so much more efficient and user-friendly especially when I need to find someone quickly. These updates really make the experience better overall.
Cons
I wish Fusion had a feature to pull reports based on therapist caseload. That would make things a lot easier.

It is incredibly user-friendly, which makes the whole note-taking and documentation process so much easier. I used to dread handling all the paperwork but now everything flows seamlessly. I can get through my tasks much faster and it just makes everything feel so much more organized.
Cons
I really don't like that you can't change the evaluation section of the evaluations. It feels a bit limiting.

Setting tasks and reminders is super easy and I really like how simple it is to communicate through messages. It's all so simple, so I don't waste time trying to figure things out. I can stay on top of everything and keep in touch with my team without any problem.
Cons
Once you delete a message, it's gone for good. There's no way to recover it which can be frustrating at times.

What I like the most about this program is how flexible it is. I can add or remove things as needed, which makes it perfect for my specific needs. I don't feel restricted by the system and that flexibility lets me personalize everything to fit how I work best.
Cons
I really miss the ability to hover over goals and see progress data from a specific date. It used to allow this if you clicked on the date when previewing the goal data but they removed it in the last update. Also, it would be nice to check in my own patients and see my coworkers' schedules.

Having everything in one place has been such a game-changer for me. Instead of flipping between different systems or tabs, I can access everything I need right here. It's super convenient and I feel much more organized.
Cons
I've had a terrible experience with the billing side of Fusion. They drained close to $14,000 from our account, claiming it was for "attempting" collections, even though most of the claims had already been paid. The whole experience felt unprofessional. One of the Fusion employees even smirked and grinned the entire time during a Zoom meeting while we tried to discuss the issue. It's been frustrating dealing with them.

Cons
I don't like that there are separate documents for re-assessments and initial evaluations. My company doesn't use them and it just feels unnecessary. I'm not sure if it's something we can turn off yet but it would be nice if we could.

If you're doing insurance billing, Fusion is amazing. It's so streamlined for that specific purpose and I don't have to worry about errors or delays. Everything just works perfectly when I need to send out claims.
Cons
As a mobile practice, it's been tough not being able to access key charting features on the go. It makes scheduling and charting much harder than it needs to be.

The access to client information is great. I can easily jump from one page to another without any slowdowns and that helps me stay efficient. It's nice being able to review everything I need in one place.
Cons
The mobile app is really hard to use. Moving between pages and files is frustrating. I also wish you could import the last daily note to the newest IFSP progress notes.
