Almost worth it but not quite

Pros

It does what it's supposed to do and gives a solid summary of our financials. It's not perfect but it gets the job done and helps me stay on top of things. I can appreciate that!

Cons

I don't like that it doesn't sync with Microsoft Office calendars and it doesn't link with WebABA or WebABA's billing software. This makes it a nightmare for our office since we have to run two EMRs and two billing systems. It would be so much easier if It just included ABA billing. Also the recent price increase doesn't seem to match any noticeable improvements.

Simple documentation

Pros

Ideal for therapy

Pros

Its pretty simple to use and helps me get everything done. I find it very convenient.

Cons

I find it difficult to get response from the support team when I have an issue. Their customer care needs to improve.

User friendly tool

Pros

Really like how user friendly it is. It makes learning and using it as a provider really easy. Plus I appreciate how you can access various areas of Fusion but it can also be limited to only the information and areas you need. Works however you want it to!

Cons

There are often issues where Fusion is slow or completely unavailable for long periods. Also using Fusion on mobile is tough and I cant access it easily from my phone at home neither can I view multiple schedules at once.

iPad-Friendly with Clean Reports but Lacks Incoming Fax Support

Pros

It does almost everything I need, and using it on my iPad is a breeze. The reports also look great.

Cons

Not being able to receive incoming faxes is frustrating because I have to pay for another eFax service just for that. Customer service is also slow, and I'd love an option to override or delete things when needed.

Had a great experience with Fusion

Pros

I find scheduling excellent. The documentation is top-notch, and the communication through the system works well.

Cons

I think billing improvements are necessary. Better communication with insurance company ETF payments and remittance is needed. Despite providing the information to the insurance companies, they still send paper checks. Additionally, I would prefer to have the ability to email billing balances in bulk and view the history of client communication for each patient.

Needs some updates

Pros

The look and interface of the software are really good, clean, modern, and user-friendly making it a pleasure to use. Even new users find it easy to navigate, which makes it really easy to learn. I believe it's also highly accessible, thanks to its simple layout and the range of features that are easy to locate and use. Whenever I've had any issues or needed assistance, I reached out to customer support, and they were always quick to respond. Their helpful customer service made a positive impact on my overall experience. It's really great to have such reliable support whenever I need it.

Cons

The price is a bit high according to me. It is high as compared to other EMR softwares and it also lacks a lot of other built in features.

Good but can be improved

Pros

I value how it convenient and direct it is. Everything I need is consolidated in one location which removes the need for having physical documentation.

Cons

In my opinion, feeding should be treated as a separate discipline from speech.

Excellent software for therapy

Pros

Organization is key! Being able to easily view and adjust my schedule has been fantastic.

Cons

I often get logged out. I would love the capability to stay logged in on two devices simultaneously in the future.

A great tool with simple features

Pros

The customer service always responded me effectively. It is the highlight for me. Also I think the system is really easy and adaptable. Anyone can learn and teach it to others.

Cons

I started using this product 5 years ago and there isn't much that has changed. I have suggested a lot of ideas but still haven't seen any progress. I wish I could customize more features in Fusion.

Fusion of so many amazing features

Pros

Fusion helps us manage multiple areas of our practice from one place. I love the integration between profiles, patient records, claims, billing, and the portal. The new customized intake forms are a significant advantage!

Cons

It is getting better, but I wish there was more flexibility in the reports. I would like to pull any field from the profile into a report.

Compatible and useful

Pros

Great billing features

Pros

I love the calendar feature that allows me to input each appointment and automatically generate a note for billing once checked in.

Cons

There have been several times when multiple patients were present, and I didn't notice that one or two students weren't checked in. This resulted in notes not being generated, and it was only later that I realized some appointments weren't billed for.

Made my life easier

Pros

I don't even want to think about what I did before Fusion. Since installing and setting it, I haven't looked back. It's a timesaver, efficient, and incredibly well-designed. The billing feature is amazing and adding home resources is easy, which benefits my patients. Customization is such an ease, and the scheduling and reminders are automatic. Documentation is simple, and the software has grown my practice while meeting all my needs. There are help articles and tutorials for almost everything, but customer support is always available. Accessing it on multiple devices is fantastic, and they now offer Teletherapy. Any issues have been minimal and promptly resolved. I can't thank the Fusion team enough for this excellent product. I tried many other software options before choosing Fusion, and none compare. This is truly an incredible system.

Cons

I honestly have no major complaints. Occasionally, I can't get a live person on the phone, but this is a minor issue because I rarely need to call, and when I leave a message, they respond promptly by phone or email.

Love it, wish it was more affordable

Pros

I really enjoy that Fusion is designed with pediatric use in mind. The platform is tailored to meet the unique needs of therapists working with children, which makes it a perfect fit for my practice. The ability to complete all my documentation and billing in one place is incredibly convenient. It allows me to focus more on my patients and less on administrative tasks. I can easily document sessions, track patient progress, and handle billing without switching between systems. This integration of features has saved me a lot of time and keeps everything organized in one place.

Cons

For a small practice with one or two therapists providing part-time services, Fusion is expensive. I wish there were different price points for small clinics like some other EMR products offer. I often find myself searching for software that fits my budget better.

Handled my work more effecienctly

Pros

This software has significantly reduced the additional workload for me. As a pediatrician I have found this really effective and useful service.

Cons

Sometimes there are bugs that pause for a few seconds before automatically progressing to a new page which can be annoying.

Really like the electronic documentation

Pros

It is really great that it organizes my data really well. It organizes my schedules really well and makes billing very simple for me.

Cons

I found the software a little difficulty to use and learn. It is hard to access it sometimes.

A bit frustrating at times

Pros

Fusion web clinic keeps my appointments organized by date and time, allows me to check in students, and then proceed with billing. It's simple and effortless to use.

Cons

It can be time-consuming to input all students into the system and bill with all the required information. If you forget to check a student in, you will have to save the SOAP note, go back, check in the student, and then submit the bill.

I really love this program!!

Pros

Fusion is very streamlined, customizable, and professional-looking. I love how reports look when printed. The POC is automatically created based on the evaluation report and also looks very professional. Goals are automatically filled in on SOAP notes with progress graphs for progress reports. Work is easy to track with the tasks bar on the main schedule page. You can assign different tasks to a therapist, and the daily SOAP note reminder automatically appears once you check a patient in. It's a great EMR system.

Cons

I wish it was easier to create a POC when receiving an evaluation from another clinic. The only other downside is that it is the most expensive EMR system I've seen.

A complete package for pediatric therapy group

Pros

It is so great to see that it is designed for a pediatric setting. Our multidisciplinary team can use it for everything from efficient record keeping to medical billing.

Cons

I have actually nothing negative to say about this software. It's good that navigation between patient billing accounts and patient records is simplified.
