“Easy layout with better workflow”
Pros
The system feels very user friendly and the layout is simple to navigate and follow.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints. I also use Clinic Source at another job and it is much better in my opinion. If anything, having a mobile app would be useful so charting could be done while on the road.

“Rehab friendly and well organized”
Pros
Built with rehab professionals in mind and a lot of the workflow feels well organized.
Cons
One thing that really slows efficiency down is not being able to set up personal keyboard shortcuts. I've used EPIC before, where abbreviations like pt would automatically expand to patient and that saved a lot of time. Here having to memorize shortcuts created by someone else is much harder. It would also be hugely useful to support bullet points and give individual users, not just admins, more flexibility to create and edit report templates.

“Quick to access”
Pros
Getting into the system is very simple and it lets me get right to what I need without wasting time.
Cons
As per me the thing that needs improvement is the lack of advance notice for make-up schedules. Parents should not have to wait until the 24 hour mark to be informed the day before. It would also make more sense if parents were able to cancel their own appointments directly in the platform.

“Easy to navigate and use”
Pros
The platform is user friendly and simple to navigate so finding what I need doesn't take much effort.
Cons
I'd like to see improved having the date of birth visible in the calendar so there's no need to leave that screen just to look it up.

“Copy forward saves real time”

Being able to copy information forward is a real time-saver and entering data feels very simple.

Some parts of goal writing are difficult and discharge summaries especially updating goals within them, can be frustrating to complete.

“user friendly overall”
Pros
Using it day to day feels very user friendly. Getting into patient files, checking appointments and reviewing previous information is simple and quick. The pull-forward feature for daily notes is also something I really appreciate because it helps a lot when documenting sessions.
Cons
The thing that gets annoying is the hover action required to click into an appointment time or session. I'd also really like better tracking tools built in such as seeing the total number of appointments, client cancellations, no-shows and clinic cancellations. It would also help to have a count of each patient's teletherapy versus in-person sessions since right now I have to count those manually when I'm preparing reports.

“Easy to use but boring visuals”
Pros
It works well for a small business and feels very user friendly overall. Scheduling was simple to use although once you have more than four staff members, it gets harder to view because the layout shrinks the font.
Cons
I would have preferred brighter visuals since the lighting and graphics felt too dim.

“all in one workflow boost”
Pros
Having multiple tools bundled into a single application is a big plus and makes it convenient to manage different tasks in one place.
Cons
A few of the tools get the job done but they still need to be a lot more powerful. The intake forms, for instance, are a useful feature but they feel very basic compared with PracticeQ's intake product. The text reminders are also helpful though not being able to view client responses can create quite a few customer relationship problems.

“pricing is fair”
Pros
The pricing seems fair for what's included. Being able to view the actual claim and make edits when needed is really useful. The authorization reminders are helpful and the automatic email reminders save time. I also appreciate the color-coded schedule since it makes different appointment types much easier to spot.
Cons
I feel like a few more reminder options would make the system much better. For instance we still keep a separate spreadsheet just to track POC signatures because the prescription reminder doesn't cover that need. The waitlist feature is useful but we ended up creating another spreadsheet so we could store more details than it allows there. We also add notes when we call and offer appointments so it's clear at a glance who has already been contacted. We used the intake paperwork feature before but a lot of families had trouble figuring it out and often sent the forms back blank. From the patient side it would be much better if they could simply complete the paperwork and click submit instead of having to download, upload and send it back through Fusion.

“Packed with features overall”
Pros
Quick to pick up and it comes with a lot of useful tools for scheduling, documentation, reporting and more.
Cons
One ongoing frustration is that objective activities can't really be held in the notes and point of service documentation is generally harder than it should be. When doing re-evaluations, the goal updates don't carry over from the most recent daily note so I have to go back through each goal's history and copy and paste them one by one into the re-eval or download the last note and paste from there. Re-evaluations also don't show previous versus current test scores which would be very helpful. Another issue is that the default setting puts new goals on re-evals only in the Plan of Care, when it really should place them in both documents. Also the latest editions of some standardized tests like M-ABC 3 and PDMS-3, still aren't built into Fusion.

“Strong integrations”
Pros
This was easy to set up and teaching new therapists has been very simple too. The content is strong and the system has had very few glitches overall.
Cons
Reaching someone to actually talk through issues can be difficult. It would help a lot to have a real customer service representative available. I also think the pricing is on the high side compared with other EMRs and a loyalty discount would be a nice addition. We have been using it for more than 7 years so it would be nice to see price breaks at milestones like 5, 7, 10 and 15 years. Long-term customers should be rewarded instead of only catering to people who switch from one EMR to another.

Pros
The accessibility is a big plus and whenever help is needed, customer service is available and responds quickly with real support.
