modern tools for patient engagement

Pros

Using this tool has given me great tools to keep my patients involved and learning between visits without extra manual work. Coming from a more traditional, clinically focused EHR this platform gives my practice what it needs to stay competitive in a more modern tech space.

Cons

The only complaint I have is that I can't access the calendar to schedule follow-up appointments while on a telehealth call.

Complete patient information visibility

Pros

With this system I can view all patient details in one place. I'm able to see past visits, check which medications were sent and update patient information whenever changes are needed.

Cons

Sometimes it frustrates me that there are things I cannot edit especially once a patient's chart is locked. If a chart is accidentally closed without updating I have to create a new one to leave a note.

easy navigation and secure sharing

Pros

Overall I enjoy working with this tool because it's easy to move around, build forms and share information with clients securely. My subscription includes secure messaging and calling and depending on the plan, faxing as well. The value feels strong for what's included, especially with payment handling working efficiently and the ability to connect with other providers in the community. Support has also been reliable and customizing forms with my branding has been a big plus.

Cons

What bothers me is having to copy customized forms and send them to clients individually. There might be an easier way but I haven't explored it yet.

Multi-practitioner support with voice charting

Pros

What stands out to me is that it supports multiple practitioners and charting can even be done using voice input which saves time.

Cons

I wish the billing button were less buried and I'd like the ability to make fax numbers alphabetical and deletable.

helpful prebuilt forms

Pros

For someone who isn't very technical or doesn't have time to build forms from scratch, this platform has been a big help. I rely on the preloaded forms and make small adjustments to fit my needs as a health coach which saves me a lot of effort.

Cons

Honestly it annoys me that I can't pare down the multiple gender options to just male or female. There should be only biological options XX or XY and everything else feels unnecessary.

Pros

This platform gives me many tools to keep my clinic organized. Adding labs to my package worked smoothly and receiving payments through the portal hasn't caused any issues.

Cons

It would have been helpful to receive a guided tour of the platform when I bought this EMR. I've been finding my way through trial and error.

Pros

Getting started didn't take much effort and continuing to use it feels comfortable. Whenever I have questions, the help section covers most things and my clients have also mentioned how easy it feels on their end.

Cons

I would appreciate having an option between the free version and the next paid level, a middle ground would be nice.

easy to use with limits

Pros

From my experience it's fairly simple to work with and offers a reasonable level of customization even if there are some limits.

Cons

Great tool but I would like more flexibility with preset intake forms including the ability to remove or customize options. For example the "How did you hear about us?" question could be more adaptable. I'd also love to customize required info when booking appointments, like birthday and gender and personalize the appointment confirmation screen. Navigation could be smoother for accessing patient info.

Useful templates support

Pros

What I appreciate most are the wide range of templates and how manageable everything feels. Being able to archive and unarchive clients is useful and testing the platform while growing my client base helped support both my business growth and long-term commitment to the tool.

Cons

It feels limiting that I cannot fill out forms in fullscreen instead of the platform window which can be small and restrict navigation.

Pros

Starting out was smooth for me and I really value being able to stay in touch with clients between sessions using secure messages. The task-based features and habit-building nudges help keep clients accountable in a practical way.

Cons

I would like more affordable options to host and offer courses for micro-practices. The current pricing model could be adjusted to support smaller practices which is why I give 4/5 stars.

Pros

What I value most is the communication between me and my clients. I'm able to respond to questions in real time which keeps clients from waiting and helps maintain strong engagement.

Cons

Putting my intake form into the system has been taking me a VERY long time. I find this tool isn't very simple for creating forms and I would like to see more options to speed up the process.

Easy use with quality video

Pros

Using this platform feels easy for me and moving around doesn't take much effort. Video and audio quality during client calls has been great and my clients have also said they don't struggle using it which helps create a good overall experience.

From my experience this tool covers most of what my practice needs in one system. There's plenty of learning material and support available and I notice they keep rolling out updates and improvements.

Cons

Learning and integrating with the platform takes some time but using the guided help and a methodical approach is helping me get familiar with how it all works.
