My experience with Insync solutions has been great so far. the software is intuitive and very simple to navigate. You can move between screens and not lose any progress made like updating payments, adding patients and reviewing bills, etc. Their staff is especially a dream to work with. From customer service operators, implementations staff to tech support, they are always polite and helpful. They have specialists always available when you call for any issue resolution. The also offer zoon meetings and supplement training to cover all questions relating to their service.
Cons
The process of refunding patients is a little harder than it should be as we perform the task very frequently. Everything else works seamlessly.

The implementation and getting the hang of the system was slightly challenging at first but their implementation specialists were a huge help in overcoming that.

I absolutely love how everything works with Insync. We demo-ed quite a few software companies before finally opting for this one because it is the most flexible service. Because of InSyncs high customization opportunity, we were able to set it up according to our practice requirements minimizing time spent on schedules. I am now able to run the whole office from A-B from the time a patient walks in the door until they leave us a year or two late. The people at in sync are always readily available to help you with any issues or queries. Their implementation team is brilliant at their jobs.

Pros
First of all, the best implementation staff I have ever come across. You can always have them make further changes along the way. It helps us a lot playing with new features and functionalities. Like we are now able to send virtual or text reminder calls although it needs to be able to pinpoint when they are accepted or canceled. However, the staff and clinicians are very satisfied with it as it takes care of all our practice’s advanced needs very effectively.
Cons
The prescription module is a separate entity and sometimes data does not completely transfer over such as the dx codes and medication which can cause for much confusion.
