It was a journey finding the right system for our practice and InSync stood out. The thoroughness of design integration and support made it the perfect fit.
Cons
Its hard to resist the systems allure; its like working and playing at the same time. Everything was explained so well by the support team that I was quickly sold. Customer support team even calls just to chat. Everyone involved has been enjoyable to work with and surprisingly I cant think of any drawbacks.

The on-site implementation team was supportive and understanding.
Cons
The system often freezes leading to lost paperwork and significant delays in loading pages. The user interface is complex and requires extensive unpaid hours to navigate. Supervising assistants paperwork remotely was challenging necessitating extra face-to-face meetings. Updates frequently disrupt familiar processes causing confusion. Accessing patient information is cumbersome leading to communication errors. Additionally printed documentation is poorly formatted affecting our professional image.

Its early to tell but currently the billing section of the practice management portion is the least favored aspect. The systems depth is both liked and disliked as it will take time to fully grasp its capabilities. Additionally the current setup of assessments is not simpler than our previous EHR.

Their training and implementation staff was a great help, they had former experience in medical healthcare which allowed them to understand the workflow, roles, and responsibilities of various providers which made creating and customizing templates easy. They offered us many useful tips on formatting and workflow which were easy to apply. The system is highly customizable and adding varying provider roles/charting requirements into a fluid charting sequence is quite simple.
Cons
Customer support depends on third-party sources to resolve any issues which are time-consuming and frustrating.
