While the software excels in behavioral health it lacks templates and understanding of clinical workflows for other disciplines like Therapy services requiring additional customization and licensing.

This software suits even those not tech-savvy. It adapts well to various programs in our agency and accommodates all users easily.

It was a journey finding the right system for our practice and InSync stood out. The thoroughness of design integration and support made it the perfect fit.

Its hard to resist the systems allure; its like working and playing at the same time. Everything was explained so well by the support team that I was quickly sold. Customer support team even calls just to chat. Everyone involved has been enjoyable to work with and surprisingly I cant think of any drawbacks.

The system often freezes leading to lost paperwork and significant delays in loading pages. The user interface is complex and requires extensive unpaid hours to navigate. Supervising assistants paperwork remotely was challenging necessitating extra face-to-face meetings. Updates frequently disrupt familiar processes causing confusion. Accessing patient information is cumbersome leading to communication errors. Additionally printed documentation is poorly formatted affecting our professional image.

The softwares ease of use and intuitive functionality fulfill our record-keeping requirements effectively.

Certain features have limitations like the inability to save parent/guardian signatures for minors.

Switching to InSync was a relief after experiencing frustration with other software. The ease of use and seamless support have been exceptional.

The only challenge so far has been incorporating all the available tools into our workflow as there are more than we can possibly use.

Its early to tell but currently the billing section of the practice management portion is the least favored aspect. The systems depth is both liked and disliked as it will take time to fully grasp its capabilities. Additionally the current setup of assessments is not simpler than our previous EHR.

The Group note feature needs improvement and billing is cumbersome although its gradually improving.

Certain documents and evaluations with scoring are helpful but having the system set up to score them automatically would be more beneficial.

Their training and implementation staff was a great help, they had former experience in medical healthcare which allowed them to understand the workflow, roles, and responsibilities of various providers which made creating and customizing templates easy. They offered us many useful tips on formatting and workflow which were easy to apply. The system is highly customizable and adding varying provider roles/charting requirements into a fluid charting sequence is quite simple.

Customer support depends on third-party sources to resolve any issues which are time-consuming and frustrating.

InSync proved easy to use after learning its functions boasting a good workflow.

Some functions involve too many steps making processes cumbersome.
