While there are no current dislikes some users find it more cumbersome than our previous system prompting requests for enhancements.

The EHR module for mental/behavioral health services is comprehensive with robust reporting capabilities and responsive support and implementation teams.

Cons

While the software excels in behavioral health it lacks templates and understanding of clinical workflows for other disciplines like Therapy services requiring additional customization and licensing.

This software suits even those not tech-savvy. It adapts well to various programs in our agency and accommodates all users easily.

Cons

Figuring out the medication module took time and practice due to its complexity.

It was a journey finding the right system for our practice and InSync stood out. The thoroughness of design integration and support made it the perfect fit.

Cons

Its hard to resist the systems allure; its like working and playing at the same time. Everything was explained so well by the support team that I was quickly sold. Customer support team even calls just to chat. Everyone involved has been enjoyable to work with and surprisingly I cant think of any drawbacks.

Customization options for both clinical and administrative needs are fantastic. The patience of the implementation team was commendable.

There are numerous straightforward ways to accomplish tasks making it challenging to choose the easiest one.

The on-site implementation team was supportive and understanding.

Cons

The system often freezes leading to lost paperwork and significant delays in loading pages. The user interface is complex and requires extensive unpaid hours to navigate. Supervising assistants paperwork remotely was challenging necessitating extra face-to-face meetings. Updates frequently disrupt familiar processes causing confusion. Accessing patient information is cumbersome leading to communication errors. Additionally printed documentation is poorly formatted affecting our professional image.

The softwares ease of use and intuitive functionality fulfill our record-keeping requirements effectively.

Certain features have limitations like the inability to save parent/guardian signatures for minors.

Having everything in one program from billing to documentation is incredibly convenient.

Remembering how to make changes as an admin is extensive. Providing a manual to new customers may aid this process.

Certain aspects are counter-intuitive or unnecessarily difficult. For example copying and pasting amounts in the batch payments section would greatly enhance efficiency.

Switching to InSync was a relief after experiencing frustration with other software. The ease of use and seamless support have been exceptional.

Cons

The only challenge so far has been incorporating all the available tools into our workflow as there are more than we can possibly use.

Features like portal communication e-forms payments encounter notes customization and to-dos enhance efficiency.

Cons

Challenges include the inability to integrate measures with encounter notes and the lack of options to pre-select who the patient can communicate with through the portal. Additionally occasional slowness is noted.

Pros

The patient portal efficient billing processes and user-friendly scheduler are highlights of InSync.

Cons

Its early to tell but currently the billing section of the practice management portion is the least favored aspect. The systems depth is both liked and disliked as it will take time to fully grasp its capabilities. Additionally the current setup of assessments is not simpler than our previous EHR.

The schedulers simplicity and the ability to submit enhancements are valuable features.

The Group note feature needs improvement and billing is cumbersome although its gradually improving.

The cloud-based system eliminates after-hours updates and the professional appearance of screens and notes is appreciated.

Cons

Templates lack robustness and third-party modules like medication/allergy dont integrate seamlessly with the software causing inefficiencies. However theres hope for improvement in this area.

The systems simplicity and user-friendliness suit staff of all ages well.

Certain documents and evaluations with scoring are helpful but having the system set up to score them automatically would be more beneficial.
