Cons
The fact that there is no delegated signature option for orders or the ability to directly transfer documents from other EHR systems.

Pros
I like how incredibly easy it is to use. I have no trouble looking up patients and managing their records.
Cons
I don't like that you cannot switch practices without logging off. That's the only issue.

Pros
The convenience of use, along with the excellent customer service and scheduling system is fantastic.
Cons
So far, Kareo has been excellent. The only problem we encountered was during the transition from our previous billing/charting system.

I found it very easy to learn and use within just one day. The thing I enjoy the most is how effortless it is to navigate.
Cons
When it comes to scheduling patients, it can sometimes be difficult if I navigate away from the screen, but it's not too bad.

“Excellent EMR for solo providers
Pros
The program is very user-friendly and affordable. I have researched multiple EMRs before choosing Kareo, and I have not been disappointed.
Cons
The change in format and colors from Kareo to Tebra was a bit difficult to adjust to. As a visual person, I relied on the colors when navigating the system. It took some time to get used to the minimal use of colors in the system. I will say that the streamlined coloring does appear more professional.

The process of sending out a bill for a service provided by our staff involves lengthy steps. Additionally, all staff can view the billed amount, even though the return fee is not always the same as the amount billed.

I like features like eForce, appointment reminders, patient communication and the ability for patients to email us through the portal. The broadcasting feature is also fantastic.
Cons
The referral system could be improved and streamlined. Additionally, there are certain diagnoses that I can't find, so I have to search for them on Google because they don't appear in the ICD-10 search.

What I love most about Kareo is how quick and easy it is to look up a patient, review new referrals in the queue and manage them. Additionally, having all the necessary tools for providers, such as imaging notes and referrals, is great.
Cons
Not everyone is online all the time. When trying to send a message to different coordinators, either they don't receive the message or they don't respond.

Pros
The generation of patient reviews after visits was a positive aspect, although it was bothersome for patients when they received multiple review requests after subsequent visits.
Cons
The value for the money spent is not pleasing. I discovered that another IT company can offer the same functionality as Kareo for a lower monthly cost. I realized this when I transitioned away from kareo.
