Pros
The ease of use, combined with the multiple features, has made my life so much easier. From progress notes to telehealth connections and appointment reminders, it's a no-brainer!
Cons
Well, as someone who likes to save money, I do wish it had a lower cost, BUT it's definitely worth every penny.

Pros
The integrated interface of the affordable and user-friendly EHR enhances efficiency which makes medical practice easier and reducing time wastage and ultimately leading to improved revenue. The simple patient portal setup and online scheduling attract more patients and facilitate easier feedback and retention. The integrated telehealth feature significantly reduces "no-show" rates. The mobile app allows for work to be done conveniently anywhere, anytime. The billing system is efficient and easy to use, with simple payment tracking and performance monitoring.
Cons
I've been using this software for three and a half years, and I still haven't found anything I particularly dislike about it!

Pros
Unfortunately I am not a fond of this software. There behavior towards their customers needs and business growth is pathetic.
Cons
They refuse to address the issues with credit card payments, and the same problem keeps occurring. Each time, they don't know how to fix it.

The claims reports are good and they are clear and easy to understand.
Cons
Where do I even begin? The billing process is a joke. Each claim line counts as a claim in the monthly total, contrary to what the salesperson repeatedly mentioned about per patient date of service. The training was supposed to involve weekly check-ins and actual training sessions. However, our trainer only did one session, and we never heard from her again. When we raised our concerns to customer service, we explained all the issues, lack of training, ineffective communication with the trainer who directed us to online resources we had already explored, enrollment errors that resulted in nearly $1000 extra charges in one month, and more. The supervisor acknowledged the training should have been better but mentioned that the trainer wouldn't face any consequences. There was no adjustment on fees despite not receiving the promised training in writing. They suggested filing a case with accounting for potential fee refunds, but it has been over six months without any response. Overall, the reports are incomplete, as I can't generate a detailed A/R report that includes both insurance and patient information on the same printout. The system tends to lag when switching screens IT confirmed it's not our systems but Kareo itself. It's frustrating that we can't perform all tasks in a cloud-based system. Apparently, the front desk and providers are on the cloud-based side, while billers and accountants operate on the desktop side. By now, this should be fully cloud-based, as other systems figured it out years ago.

Pros
While the design interface and app seem satisfactory, I have come across major limitations. The absence of automation features and the severe restrictions on data exporting are concerning. Moreover, the hidden costs and reliance on manual processes further exacerbate these issues.
Cons
The interface appears visually appealing, but it lacks numerous features. But I do like the presence of a mobile app.

Cons
Regarding customer service, I was overcharged $1700, and they still haven't refunded me since October 2023. I call them 2 to 3 times a week, and they still owe me $600.

It resembles Outlook or Google Calendar. It also looks straightforward, probably because it's a basic EHR with limited features.
Cons
NO APP OR ALTERNATIVE FOR ANDROID USERS. Customizing forms for logical questions is not allowed. Including survey questions with automatic calculation for numeric values associated with selections, as seen in platforms like JotForms, is not possible. Additionally, Android users do not have access to an app. Moreover, the patient app tends to lock and confuses them during setup.

SALT notes allow you to view previous results and interactions, and the DSM codes automatically populate into your billing. Signing requires fewer steps. However, the excessive number of clicks required to access the chart can be annoying, but Kareo avoids that.
Cons
Responsiveness regarding medication templates is important because we need accurate dosages and access to new medications. Nobody wants a medication error.

Cons
It is frustrating that there is a maximum limit on the number of windows, and I have to close some when all of them are open. Additionally, when there are duplicate accounts for a single patient, there's no option to merge them.
