Customer support is not good.

Pros

I can easily use Kareo on my tablet.

Cons

Customer support is not good at all. I am unable to send e scripts of controlled substances and have tried to get in touch with customer support so that they can help me out but couldn’t get in touch with anyone.

Pros

Not happy

Pros

I liked the desktop view of the system in the demo they gave me at the beginning.

Cons

The tool isn’t efficient. It is not easy to use. The transition between screens is a bit weird. Ordering tools are poor. A lot of re-entering is required.

Simple and easy to use. Navigating through documentation pages is easy. Once documentation is completed, I am able to immediately print the notes.

Cons

I don’t know if we are able to view the documentation done by the provider in a day or a week.

Happy customer

Pros

The reason that I chose this system is that the demos were easy to follow. The system is user-friendly. The templates that are most important for us are in place for assessments, and if other templates and forms are required, we can easily customize those as well. Hats off to my coach STEVE. He is very helpful. He makes sure that I don’t have any problems understanding the system and makes weekly calls to check up on me if I face any problems.

Cons

Forms can be customized but I’d like to have generic consent forms in place.

Kareo is Ahmazing!!

Pros

Kareo is what we needed. This is the system that our practice needed. The system is user-friendly and is designed in a very appealing and not so overwhelming way. It is easy to use on a restricted scale, but it also provides options to use that are more robust.

Cons

The billing module is robust, but I’d like to print a few reports like patients or scheduling, etc. through the EHR. They should also offer more customization options within the EHR.

Gets the Job Done.

Pros

This tool has many features and it gets the job done. It is a satisfactory EHR. It is easy to use. They have created a section for quick access. The scheduling module and the interface is user-friendly. It also lets you customize accordingly in a few sections.

Cons

The system occasionally lags. The templates are not doctor friendly, and there are times when the system glitches.

Pros

The software is easy to learn and use, it is flexible as well. The training tutorials are comprehensive. The ease to look at the data in many other ways to understand it, is great. Helps you get your tasks done in a neat way.

Cons

The tech support team is not how it should be, they either pass it to the clearinghouse or they just manipulate the customer for the moment by making them believe that the issue is not there. You have to file a new complain, just because of the fact that it wasn’t resolved in the first time when you contacted them.

Physical Therapy Practice

Pros

It is easy to use, and work with. You can easily see the patient schedule on the app, which is great and easy. Their reports are amazing as well. I prefer the desktop version over the web based version, but that is totally my opinion I like that. It is easy to navigate between screens. It is a great system and anyone can easily use it.

Cons

The automated telephone response calls, needs to be improved as a lot of patients have had a hard time to understand what it said, so there are voice concerns. Probably they could work on it to make it more clear. It isnt easy to print appointment lists for my patients, as in physical therapy there are multiple visits by the patients.

Great Program!

Pros

It has been 4 years since I started using Kareo, and as a matter of fact I really like this product. It has been amazing from day one up till now. The price is right, and it also gets my billing done with ease and simplicity. Not bad at all.

Cons

I have seen their customer support decline over the years, and I think that they need to improve it. It is just so disappointing.

Its a solid billing software

Pros

It has been many years since I started using Kareo. It is easy to use. Navigating between screens/windows is easy as well. I started using only its billing service but now I do manage a lot of other things as well. It is easy to use, once you get used to it. It has many functionalities that I like. Exporting reports are also very easy, and are really nice.

Cons

Editing can often be quite a lot of work to do and is tedious. I find it a little difficult to post the payments in Kareo, as Ive used other EHRs before and it was easy there.

It is worth the money you pay

Pros

Well, it is a great product, and the way they help you throughout is amazing. They’ll never leave your problem unresolved. They even assign a success coach to you that helps you through the entire process, and this is a resource we loved a lot. The customer support team is great, the product itself is great, and their training tutorials are also amazing. It is quite the package.

Cons

Sometimes it could be a headache when you have to work with the enrollments department, otherwise there is nothing bad about this product.

Best billing software among others

Pros

This software is really amazing as it is very easy to submit claims and rebill things. Entering data is quite easy and better than other softwares. There were quite a lot of problems that I was facing, but with the help of Kareo, I solved them all. The experience is great and it saves a lot of your time. I would definitely recommend this software to everyone.

Cons

The reports cannot be modified which I dont like. There should be an option to modify reports accordingly. The return address has to be handwritten as it is not in the upper left-hand corner of the receipt so it can be mailed. I have to submit 2 separate reports as it doesnt give an option to share provider info, patient info etc and not even of the payments or adjustments so that the patient can give that to their insurance or claim rep.

Kareo Billing is a breeze

Pros

This software in my view is one of the easiest software to use. It has helped us in many ways like, improving our claims, if we make any errors, it also prompts you to double check before sending it. This feature have saved a lot of our time that we utilized in sending the correct claims. It has an easy billing feature. It keeps giving hints for things to do, which makes it easier for new people using it.

Cons

The reports could be improved more I think. We need reports that are specific, sometimes the reports that are being offered cannot populate it. The rest of the product is great.

Used for Mental Health Treatment

Pros

Navigating between screens is very easy. It is simple and easy to use. It has a lot of features that are can easily be customized. We have customized treatment plan templates and note formats which are really great. Weve never faced any kinds of issues related to scheduling. Although it isnt specific to our mental health treatment, yet weve found it amazing in many other ways.

Cons

The product is not specific to our mental health treatment. There are many main features in the browser, that can neither be hidden nor customized, as we dont want it to be visible because it is not relevant to our practice. They should do something about it, as it gets really distracting.

User Friendly Software

Pros

It has been 5 years since we are using Kareo. The reports are really great and you can have it anyway you want by customizing it. I would definitely recommend Kareo to anyone with a small office. It is great!

Cons

Whenever there is an upgrade, we encounter glitches which are very irritating but they normally fix it right away.

Not user-friendly

Pros

The tool overall is helpful and helps you do a lot of your tasks on it, especially the reporting tool. The reporting tool is great and generates reports the way I need it to be and was able to easily get the information that I needed.

Cons

I must say that it is not user-friendly at all. Even for an experienced software user, it is complex to use this product, I wonder what a layman must be doing if they get this product to use. There are too many clicks that you must go through just to get the information, and yet it seems like you keep getting the same information nothing new. It’s like a circle, you go around and come exactly where you left from.
