The support is amazing and they do a great job guiding us through the complexities of EMR.
Cons
When we first started with MaximEyes we transitioned from all paper records and financials to all electronic. We had so many questions at once that we overwhelmed the support team. Since then, they have improved support and all our calls are answered in a timely and helpful manner.
