I think it's customizable and could work well for smaller hospitals. The company also provided training for the hospital staff.

Since the release of Epic, Meditech has lacked a number of functions.

We use this for our medium-sized hospital. We had no issues. It is easy to navigate and can be accessed remotely if its set up by the administrator!

The discharge protocol takes quite a lot of time. And I dont like that we cannot write or dictate a note directly on to the software.

The ability to use this software from anywhere since it is cloud-based and can be remotely accessed is wonderful.

You sadly cannot dictate notes since the system does not understand voice commands/diction.
