Pros
Learning the program didnt take much time its quite simple and straightforward effectively completing tasks.
Cons
The system feels outdated and requires updates. Navigating through numerous screens is cumbersome especially with heavy reliance on arrow keys.

“Cumbersome, slow, unintuitive, dysfunctional
Pros
Theres nothing positive to say. Despite costing millions for our small hospital our IT department had to build the system. Though the company provided support they often cited limitations when asked to streamline or expand specific features.
Cons
It operates sluggishly requiring excessive clicks for simple tasks. Despite customization by our proficient IT department inherent dysfunctions persist. Challenges include limited text entry space unexpected deletions cumbersome med reconciliation and slow record retrieval. The systems unintuitiveness led to resistance from some staff doctors across multiple hospitals.

“The system is slow and bulky, not at all user-friendly
Pros
I cannot think of any upside to the expensive system costing millions of dollars for a small local hospital providing a lousy and difficult to use service. Meditech does not have much to offer. Its services come with limitations. I, along with the IT department had to build the system ourselves. There was no support offered by the company whatsoever. The staff, however nice could not provide any meaningful help regarding the setup and streamlining of the system.
Cons
The system is cumbersome and painfully slow. even small tasks require multiple clicks and steps. We have a great IT team who built the customized system according to our needs but for some unfathomable reason, the system is by default dysfunctional. Even after two years of use, no one is satisfied with is working. There are still some doctors who refuse to use it.
