Their MacOS version is not as smooth as the Windows version. Needs work.

The EMR Software is very versatile for me allowing me to accomplish everything I need with ease. It streamlines my workday and keeps everything well organized. I give it a perfect rating.
Cons
It takes me couple of months to familiarize with all the different features but once I learn all of them they become highly beneficial.

Our experience with Meditouch EMR software has been exceptionally user friendly which is a key advantage for us. We couldn't be happier with it so we are giving it a perfect score.
Cons
Exporting a list of open encounters gave me some trouble.

This EMR Software is very straightforward to use and the customer service is always supportive. The software receives frequent updates and as a billing company we are highly satisfied with it.

The reports are very very complex.

The customer service should be more effective just like it was during the initial implementation phase.

There are a bit too many clicks involved. The doctor said many time that they have to go through numerous steps.
