they deactivated us by mistake and is taking DAYS and counting to reactivate. will nt own up to their mistake and we are now going through red tape to start it back up. customer service is a mess. they cannot function without certain departsments whoare ot aviaalbel after office hours.

The interface is clean, accessible and clearly well designed. It's simple to filter out the information you don't want to see and it's really useful being able to see exactly which companies have visited your website.
Cons
While the dashboard looks neat and easy, it doesn't offer click-through functionality. I also wasn't able to figure out how to change the reporting period.
