The platform allows patients to complete specialty-specific chief complaint forms on the patient portal. “stuck with them”

it was easy to learn

Cons

they deactivated us by mistake and is taking DAYS and counting to reactivate. will nt own up to their mistake and we are now going through red tape to start it back up. customer service is a mess. they cannot function without certain departsments whoare ot aviaalbel after office hours.
