NetSmart

Pros

I like that I can customize it according to what I like and It contains all the features for patients that are coming or leaving.

Cons

It runs on Java which is quite slow so my team has to wait for quite a time.

Needs A LOT of improvement

Pros

Honestly I dont think I can list any pros. I am just able to change the color of screen easily.

Cons

It is a very faulty software. No one in my company likes it as it doesnt perform a single function well. I wouldnt recommend it at all.

I like the flexibility in this software.

Pros

I like the flexibility I have to create my own templates. They have features for both inpatient and outpatient cases.

Cons

It requires a lot of upkeep by the IT staff because it runs on Java which is pretty slow.

Netsmart is not smart

Pros

It is possible with the software to create documents from home without any internet connectivity.

Cons

Synchronization takes too much time and the software is not user-friendly . My new employees are facing learning issues.

One word. Terrible.

Pros

I am not at all happy with the software. Its not intuitive.

Cons

User interface is poorly designed - I don’t think enough thought went behind system design. Practice workflows and needs were not kept in mind while finalising the solution processes.

Netsmart is good to track patients medical records

Pros

The software is HIPAA compliant and the vendor is regularly updating the softwares andapplications to keep pace wit everchanging regulatory landscape of the healthcare IT industry.

Cons

One of the major cons of the software is its inability to refresh automatically. multiple glitches may occur during scheduled software updates.

Outdated EMR with a stingy user interface

Pros

I like the fact that I can access the EMR from my desktop and mobile app simultaneously.

Cons

Data synchronization takes place twice a day and documents can be lost in the process.
