“Makes data accessible”
Pros
On the worker side, I can quickly access and pull the information I need without wasting time figuring out how the system works. From the business side, templates get handled promptly and efficiently. I can even send a request around midnight and by later that morning I usually have an email back either with the completed request or with follow-up questions to make sure everything is done correctly.
Cons
If I had one complaint, it would be the office hours. That said, it really has not caused much inconvenience because they stay in touch through different channels and email has been the most effective. Their responses are very quick and once they get a request, they are willing to work beyond normal operating hours to make sure everything is completed the way you want.

“Simple forms and quick access”
Pros
The forms are simple and it doesn't take much navigation to reach a client file which is my main reason for using the system. Quick access feels built into the program and that makes day-to-day use really convenient.
Cons
Something I'd really like changed is the inability to go back to other notes or sessions while I have a current form open. Right now, I have to open a separate tab and sign into Noteable again a second, third or even fourth time whenever I want to review a past session while keeping a current or other past session note open. It would be much better if I could move between current and past sessions within a single tab.

“Customer-centric company”
Pros
It allows documents to be signed right away which cuts down the waiting time because the forms are much more accessible. A big highlight has been the staff. They have been incredibly warm, responsive and genuinely people-focused, with a strong intuition for what a business needs.
Cons
I would change how document merging works. I wish the original files were kept alongside the newer versions because right now it seems that if you modify a document in one chart, the same change is reflected in the other chart too.

“Comprehensive client tracking tools”
Pros
Having everything in one place makes it really useful, especially for viewing client documentation, data reports and tracking details in a complete and organized way.
Cons
Page loading can be quite slow and some data editing options that would better support scientific workflows are missing like flagging outlier data points. Customization is also fairly limited when it comes to adjusting targets or target sets, renaming labels for existing sets and modifying steps.

“customizable software”
Pros
This platform has been very user-friendly and simple to customize to whatever fits our organization best. On top of that, the team has been absolutely phenomenal, always helpful, responsive and incredibly supportive to both me and my staff.
Cons
The resource guides can sometimes be a little hard for staff to locate, especially when they are still unfamiliar with the system and trying to figure out how to complete a specific task without instructions.

“Top-notch support”
Pros
Their customer support has been outstanding, the team have been amazing to work with. It's also really helpful that certain documents can be shared between programs which makes it much simpler to move consumers from one program to another during transitions. Another big plus is being able to modify and update our own documents whenever needed.
Cons
From time to time, we run into error messages during login that say we don't have permission for certain features, even though no staff-side permission changes were made. I've also seen issues after updates to a form, where staff members who would normally have access suddenly can't open it.

“Client tracking turned convenient”
Pros
Having two people assigned to the same client is much easier to manage in the EHR which really helps with tracking. The system is user-friendly overall and getting around it feels very user-friendly. Navigation works really well and makes daily use simple.
Cons
Not being able to pull a report showing our pay or how payment is calculated from work submissions entered in Noteable is frustrating. I'm also not a fan of the word count limits in the progress note section, for instance, 1300 words for Interventions and 1000 for Response feels like a lot. Also, I haven't been able to find a visible spell check button, unless I'm overlooking it.

“adapts to our requirements”
Pros
Working with insurance companies means dealing with constant changes, multiple requests and different needs every day so it's refreshing to have a platform like Noteable that covers all of it. It's very user friendly, highly customizable and flexible enough to adapt to what you need in this field.
Cons
I wish I had known about it sooner. It's currently only available in eight states but if it were up to me, I'd want to see it offered in all 50.

“Cost-effective solution”
Pros
Their support has been great and the value you get for the price is really strong. It doesn't have as many features as some of the bigger competitors but the platform is constantly improving and adding more over time. For a small to midsize practice, it's an excellent option.
Cons
The platform offers fewer features and less overall functionality so it's not as comprehensive as some other practice management systems. That said, that was actually one of the reasons we chose Noteable when we were starting out, the simpler setup and uncluttered design made it much easier to use.

“clear guidance”
Pros
Being able to customize the site to fit our company has made a big difference for us. The setup and implementation were clearly explained and the entire team made the whole process simple to follow. We use the billing, payroll, report finder and review features every day and once you get familiar with the layout, the system is very user-friendly. The integration with our company also went well, especially after we had group training.
Cons
There really are not any parts of the product that feel difficult to use. The integration also went well once everyone got used to the site layout. If I could change anything, it would be to add due date stops for all documentation instead of limiting that feature to quarterly reports. It would also be helpful to have monthly due date reports for all clients available in one place.

“Uncomplicated setup and helpful tools”
