“Collaborative notebooks that speed analysis”
Pros
Using it has made it much simpler to work across SQL and Python in one shared notebook. Being able to collaborate with teammates in real time during data exploration, run SQL queries natively without dealing with extra boilerplate and instantly create interactive visualizations helps make analysis much faster and more approachable for people with different technical skill levels.
Cons
Working through more complex document sections or configuring custom forms can be a bit tedious since it takes several manual clicks to get everything set up. The mobile view is also not the most convenient for entering data while on the go and generating reports across multiple months can sometimes load slowly during busier usage periods.

“Professional and friendly team”
Pros
From the start, Noteable's Success Team has been outstanding with customer support, friendly, professional and always ready to help with bugs, issues and managing our agency's data. The available tutorials included with each account are also very helpful for finding information and the platform has been simple for our entire team to navigate.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about it. Our agency's experience with it has been pleasant and professional throughout.

“Incredible support team”
Pros
Getting around it feels very simple and the interface is simple to navigate. On top of that, their customer service has been excellent and responds very quickly.

I can't write session notes directly in the app and I'm also unable to view supervision updates during the session.

“Approachable support team”
Pros
I find it pretty easy to use. The team is incredibly accessible and always takes the time to help whenever we have questions.
Cons
Wish it had supervisor notifications for when a returned note has been revised and sent back. I'd also really like to see a mobile app version of Noteable.

“Excellent value for money”
Pros
Having scheduling, documentation and reporting all built into one system makes it feel like good value for the money. The support team is also really helpful, especially when it comes to setup and troubleshooting. Overall, the features work well, particularly for patient management. There are occasional bugs here and there like minor glitches or slower loading at times but the system still does the job effectively. Security is another strong point since it helps protect sensitive patient information and keeps medical records private while staying compliant with healthcare standards.
Cons
No complaints from my end. I've been using the software for years and haven't run into any problems with it.

“Provides good value”
Pros
Right from the start, it has felt like a really good value for the price. It's simple to use, the customer support team is fantastic and the security features in place give me a real sense of confidence when using it.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints. It has been an excellent platform overall and has handled everything I've needed it for without any issues.

“Shared workspace is a plus”
Pros
The biggest plus for me was the shared workspace along with its user-friendly notebook setup. It helped keep projects organized, made data analysis more manageable and let me share insights with teammates without much friction. Since it's cloud-based and connects with common data tools, it also helped organize our workflow and made the team more productive overall.
Cons
Some of the more advanced features and integrations take time for new users to learn. On larger or more complex projects, performance can occasionally feel a bit slower than I'd expect and the customization options are somewhat more limited than what certain competing notebook platforms offer.

“Sharing insights made easy”

“Notebooks, queries and documentation in one place”
Pros
Accessing notebooks, queries and documentation together in one place makes it a really strong option for working with data in a more organized and collaborative way. It helps keep everything in one hub instead of scattered across different tools which is especially helpful for teams sharing insights, running analyses and making workflows more transparent. Being able to connect to data sources and run live queries is also a big advantage.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve, especially if notebook-style tools are new to you. It can also slow down when you're working with larger datasets or more complex queries. On top of that, a few features feel somewhat restricted unless you're using a higher-tier plan.

“Centralized solution”
Pros
Bringing scheduling, documentation, billing and data collection together in one central platform has been really valuable. It has strong data-tracking features so teams can follow progress and pull up information in real time. The system is user-friendly, helps simplify day-to-day workflows and feels like a fair value for the cost.
Cons
It’s a bit complicated at the beginning it comes to setting up workflows, reporting and data tracking. We also run into occasional technical issues although customer support is usually helpful when that happens.

“Takes over the repetitive admin work”
Pros
What sells me on this tool most is how well it takes over the repetitive admin work like client intake, check-ins and reminders so the staff can spend more time helping clients instead of getting buried in paperwork. It's quick, very client-friendly and most people complete intake before they even arrive. That alone slashes wait times dramatically, with check-in time reduced by well over 90%. No-shows go down, satisfaction scores climb and for clinics dealing with constant chaos, it honestly feels a little magical.
Cons
Getting started with it can definitely be frustrating. It's powerful but tailoring it to fit a clinic's exact workflows takes time, training and sometimes a lot of back-and-forth with their team. If your staff isn't especially tech-savvy, the learning curve can feel pretty steep at first. During rollout, there can also be minor glitches like integrations not working nicely right away. It's not something that feels perfect straight out of the box and it takes some effort to really make it shine but even with that downside, I'd still call it a 4.5 out of 5 overall.

“Detailed data collection”
Pros
Being able to collect data this thoroughly has been fantastic. I can monitor specific client metrics over time like stress, anxiety and sleep patterns which gives me a much clearer view of what's actually helping within their aromatherapy plan.
Cons
The pricing feels a little high for someone working solo. It seems more geared toward teams so I end up paying for capabilities I do not really use. Aside from that, it's a robust platform with a lot of valuable features.

“Well laid out”
Pros
the app feels well laid out and simple to navigate. It does a really good job recognizing my handwriting which is a huge advantage for me. I also appreciate how neatly it keeps all my notes organized.
Cons
Collaboration is lacking since the app doesn't offer a very strong way to work with other people. Switching back and forth between Apple and non-Apple devices can also be a bit problematic and I really wish that part worked better.

“Supports multiple languages”
Pros
It feels very simple thanks to its clean, user-friendly interface, especially when working in Jupyter notebooks. If you're already comfortable with data collection, it's pretty simple to jump in and use right away. The collaboration features are a real highlight too, offering things that other apps either don't include or don't present nearly as well in the UI. It also supports multiple languages which adds a lot of flexibility.
Cons
At times the platform does feel a little slow, particularly when you're working with larger datasets or heavier notebooks. Some features such as custom environments or package installs, also seem a bit restricted unless you're on a higher-tier plan. There can be a learning curve for some users although it never feels too difficult to manage.

“Worth the price”
Pros
The customer support has been one of the best parts and this software is very simple to navigate. It gives us really good value for the monthly price we pay.
Cons
It would be even better if Noteable added AI features to its database. At times, new updates come with a bit of a learning curve but we're still able to work through them.

“Costly bugs and extra steps”
Pros
It works as an all-in-one platform for billing and data collection and the techs can record data on tablets across different devices.
Cons
Techs still can't finalize their notes in the app which creates extra unnecessary steps. You also can't pre-schedule appointments on the calendar and adding programs takes more steps than it should. On top of that, the bugs create even more work and end up costing our company extra money to resolve the issues.

Pros
Getting started with it was very simple and the layout is clear to follow. The tabs are easy to see and it includes everything needed to put together a solid note.
