flexible access and friendly layout

Pros

Getting around the system feels very user-friendly and simple. We can use the program just as well from home as we can from the office which has been really convenient.

Cons

One thing that would improve it is being able to move between tabs without losing information especially when checking attachments and entering tickets.

user-friendly scheduling and reports

Pros

Scheduling and looking up information feels very user-friendly. The layout makes it simple to view the full schedule by week or by day and I can check reports for one therapist or see all therapists for a specific day. The productivity reports are also really helpful because they give me the information I need for all kinds of purposes.

Cons

A downside is that moving long-term appointments takes several steps. It also doesn't have internal faxing.

helpful reports and quick support

Pros

Getting around it doesn't take much time to learn and whenever something comes up, support is easy to reach and very helpful. There are plenty of reports available that show exactly what needs to be done based on the doctor's specific requirements. It's also useful being able to quickly pull up the patient's last visit along with their diagnosis codes.

Cons

Honestly I don't have much to complain about. The only thing that bothers me is that the screen feels too small. It would be much better if it used the full monitor or at least had a larger display area.

Superb support team

Pros

A standout part of NueMD is the tech support team. They're available well into the evening which is exactly when help is usually needed while finishing charting at the end of the day. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and consistently very supportive.

Cons

One thing that's missing is spell check. The appointment setup can also be a bit confusing at times especially since walk-ins are separated from regular scheduled hours which can make patients harder to find.

responsive support and quick patient lookup

Pros

Getting information on any patient is very simple which saves time during the day. Another big plus is having a dedicated customer service rep assigned to my account that I can email, call or message directly through the software whenever needed and she is always very prompt about handling any issues or concerns that come up.

Cons

I'd still like to see the option to copy and paste notes from one ticket into another.

excellent support and claims follow-up

Pros

Right from the start, the software has been simple to use. The training is solid and the support team is excellent. Their claims department is very persistent and keeps working on claims until they're paid. If there's ever an issue with a claim, they let you know right away so it can be corrected and processed as quickly as possible.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this vendor or the product.

clear schedule view

Pros

Logging in is simple which I really appreciate. It lets you see all of a child's upcoming therapies across every discipline in one place and the system is very self-explanatory to navigate.

Cons

One annoyance is that if you haven't read messages sent by the vendor, it can sometimes slow down scrolling through your schedule until those messages are opened.

Clean claims tracking layout

Pros

The way everything is laid out makes it very simple to move through each tab. It's simple to see which claims still need to be billed, the amounts involved which claims were returned which ones were accepted and to pull up the EOB without any confusion.

Cons

At this point I really haven't run into anything I dislike. The program does everything I need it to do and fits the work I handle very well.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of this program is how much it handles for you. It cuts down on your workload which means you can spend more time focusing on patients instead.

Cons

Once in a while, it can slow down or new patient information may not transfer over. When that happens though, they usually get it resolved pretty fast.

reliable support and simple workflow

Pros

The support team has been outstanding. Any time I need help, the wait is usually very minimal.

Cons

The EHR side still doesn't feel very chiropractic-friendly even though the rest of the system works really well. I'd also love to see a Rolodex feature added for keeping track of contacts.

simple scheduling and quick learning

Pros

Learning how to use it in the beginning didn't take much time. It really makes scheduling feel simple and manageable.

Cons

One thing that could be better is block scheduling patients across different days and times. That can't be done all at once so you have to enter one time first and then go back and schedule the other.

Pros

The interface feels user-friendly.

Cons

I really don't like that there's no way to delete multiple appointments at once especially when discharging a patient whose schedule has been extended far into the future.

amazing support and usability

Pros

One thing that really stands out is the excellent support team and the software is very simple to use even for people who aren't particularly tech-savvy.

Cons

Every now and then although it's pretty rare, the system can be a bit slow. It also occasionally rejects claims even when there doesn't seem to be any error.

Reliable support and safe storage

Pros

Using NueMD has been really simple and not having to worry about insurance updates takes a lot off my plate. The secure storage is reassuring and their customer service has been consistently excellent.

simple navigation for everyone

Pros

Getting around the system is very simple. You really don't need to be highly skilled with computers or familiar with medical software to use it comfortably.

Cons

The only challenge is that finding DME entries can be a bit tricky, depending on how they were entered and who added them.

Even learning it secondhand, I was still able to get a solid understanding of the system and use it confidently for everyday tasks.
