“Reliable billing from anywhere”
Pros
One thing that really works well with NueMD is its solid billing tools for mid-sized healthcare systems. It does a good job supporting other integrated software that may be missing billing and scheduling features so everything works better together. Another big plus is being able to access patient files from anywhere with a stable internet connection, instead of having to be in the office.
Cons
The downside is that customer support can be slow to respond especially when technical problems come up or when I have billing-related questions.

Pros
The scheduling part of the product was fairly decent and worked well enough.
Cons
Having to write my notes in Microsoft Word was a real downside since there wasn't any integrated system built in.

Pros
Right away the simple layout made it convenient to extend schedules whenever needed. It also gives enough flexibility to support a variety of services which helps when you need to accommodate different types of care.
Cons
It's fairly expensive and it does freeze from time to time which can slow down your work.

Pros
Most of the time we rely on it for scheduling and adding new patients. It's very simple to use and even without any training, it's simple to figure out how to enter patient details and book appointments.
Cons
Some of the reports don't function properly and a few important ones are missing. For example, there should be a report that shows all patients entered for the day or month even if they haven't been scheduled yet, along with their contact information.

Pros
Honestly there wasn't much that worked well for me. The system was hard to use, adding new DX codes meant reaching out to a billing specialist and finding older accounts or even checking whether they had been paid took way too much digging.
Cons
The software itself was okay but it was far too difficult to use especially for a doctor who isn't an IT person. Anytime I needed help with anything, I ended up having to call someone.

The feature set was excellent and billing was especially simple to handle.
Cons
Changing templates took a bit of effort. Overall the software worked really well until AdvancedMD took over and updates stopped. It also started running much slower after the transition.
