helpful balance visibility

Pros

training interns as well as our physician on new features doesn't take much effort. My favorite part is being able to quickly spot a patient's balance right on the face sheet column or see whether they have a credit.

Cons

The only frustration comes up when I have to go back through older tickets to track down where a patient's balance or credit originated. That can take a lot of time and it would be much better if really old tickets that are already paid and closed could be moved into a separate section instead of having to search through them. Aside from that, I really don't have any other complaints.

simple navigation and quick entry

Pros

Getting around the site feels very simple and entering information is just as simple.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints. This is one of the most user-friendly systems I've worked with.

Pros

Using it day to day has been simple and it has been extremely helpful for staying on top of our billing.

Cons

Our practice would benefit a lot if NueMD offered electronic medical records tailored for OB/GYN because having to use Practice Fusion alongside it is quite labor-intensive. The batch reporting can also be a little confusing.

slow scheduling and constant freezes

Pros

Having the weekly schedule displayed clearly was helpful and getting to patient information with a single click was something I appreciated.

Cons

Building my schedule in the system was very time-consuming because entering information took too long. On top of that, the software froze frequently.

user-friendly with excellent support

Pros

The product is very user-friendly and the technical support has been excellent.

Cons

The training took more time than expected just to qualify for the free technical support and there are still a few areas in the product that could be organized.

Limitless reports

Pros

the staff is always available whenever help is needed. On top of that, the reporting options feel limitless.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see improved is the document creator. It would be better if it were simpler to build and use, more like Superbills.

Quick learning and patient lookup

Pros

It didn't take long to learn how everything works. Finding patient information is also very simple which helps speed up daily tasks.

Cons

The downside has been the clearinghouse problems. There can also be delays while waiting for EOBs to come through.

Useful customization

Pros

The support team is also a strong point since there are different ways to get help, whether through the messaging system or live assistance and the answers come back quickly and accurately. On top of that, they're willing to customize features to fit specific needs.

Cons

I'd still want a way to enlarge the screen more because it would make everything easier to see. The current large-print setting doesn't increase the text enough.

powerful reports and support

Pros

The reporting tools are really helpful for staying on top of AR on a regular basis. Support is consistently available when needed and the system comes with plenty of useful features overall.

Cons

The training gave a solid high-level overview of the product but it didn't offer much hands-on guidance at the start. A lot of the learning only clicks once you're actively using the program. Since every practice is different, there's also quite a bit you have to figure out and set up on your own.

quick training and simple workflow

Pros

Getting around the system is simple and it doesn't take long to train other team members to use it effectively.

Cons

At times, it can be hard to locate uploaded items within a specific client's file. It's also frustrating that multiple appointments can't be deleted in one step which becomes tedious when a client discharges, moves or stops services and all upcoming sessions need to be removed.

user-friendly scheduling and reports

Pros

Right away, the system feels very user-friendly and the company is easy to reach since their phone number is listed directly on the website. The weekly schedule is clear and simple to move through and the variety of reports available, including provider productivity, is really useful.

Cons

One small annoyance is that logging in can take a little longer than I'd like although it's not a major issue.

responsive updates, login hiccups

Pros

One thing I've noticed with NueMD is how proactive the team has been about making changes based on client needs, regularly checking in to see what users do and don't like about the software. On top of that, the system is simple to learn and navigate.

Cons

There are times when I have trouble getting into the system which can be frustrating but overall it has still been a solid fit for what I need as a therapist.

Limited to billing and scheduling

Pros

I appreciate how simple the design felt. Extending schedules was simple and the layout had a clean, two-dimensional structure that was easy to follow. I also liked being able to run reports on the types of services provided.

Cons

it only functioned as a billing and scheduling service with no report documentation built into the software design.

Missing documentation

Pros

Navigation feels very user-friendly and I could pull up information quickly without running into any issues. The system also let me view a patient's schedule with other therapists which was really helpful.

Cons

Pros

Using this software felt very simple and it really helped me keep my clients and billing well organized.

Cons

I'd really like to see the ability to click and drag patients or appointments to different time slots when needed instead of having to enter the information all over again.

Reliable but too many clicks

Pros

The software has been dependable and it's simple to navigate and use.

Cons

The downside is that even basic actions take too many steps, like scheduling several appointments, moving or rescheduling one, checking patients in or canceling appointments.

easy scheduling for clinics

Pros

Running a multi-provider clinic is much simpler with this simple, user-friendly scheduling platform. My program assistant needed very little time to learn how to set up our schedules and it's also very manageable from the provider side.

Cons

I'd still love to have the ability to tile my provider schedule next to my colleagues' schedules for side-by-side comparisons which would make it easier to find shared free time for meetings.

helpful support and simple menus

Pros

Right away, the help desk and the simple menu layout have been the best parts for me. Whenever questions come up, the team genuinely seems willing to help and makes support feel dependable.

Cons

The only downside is that I can't really customize the system in a way that fits how I prefer to use it.
