Patient trainer fair pricing needed

Pros

Janelle, our trainer, has been helpful and patient throughout.

Cons

Nothing major so far. We're very satisfied overall. That said, it would be great to have more reasonable pricing for migrating patient files that aren't currently active.

The onboarding process was smooth and Laura was incredibly kind and understanding throughout! Opus itself is simple to use and quite interactive to use.

Support that exceeds all expectations

Pros

Collaborating with support team, who consistently pushes past expectations to ensure our requirements are fulfilled has been great. Plus their team bring strong expertise and a solid work ethic.

Cons

At first it was hard to grasp how Opus and PS integrate and during the demo we weren't given a clear explanation of how they operate together.

easy setup, data flow lags

Pros

I Haven't used this much but really appreciate how much time your team spent setting up our facility. It's easy to use.

Cons

What bothers us most is it doesn't pull or auto populate data in some places and we'd like the ability to drag forms or make them smaller.

User Friendly

Pros

I appreciate that OPUS is user-friendly, with a logical format that's easy to grasp. The support provided by our Project Manager, [sensitive content hidden], has greatly facilitated the implementation process.

Cons

The scheduling system falls short of our needs and presents challenges, particularly with printing client schedules and distinguishing between new intakes and existing clients. However, we've been informed of upcoming updates that may address some of these issues.

OPUS Review

Pros

Although it was initially challenging to get started, once the necessary elements were implemented, it became easy to use, particularly because it's a Mental Health EHR rather than a Medical EHR.

Cons

I would like the ability to extract the specific data required by our organization, rather than being limited to what is available in the EHR system.
