Pros
I'm glad the team is helping me set up and customize the account for my practice. It feels reassuring to know I'll be able to run and manage everything from one centralized system.
Cons
There's some uncertainty about how the credit system will function for primary care, because I need to use credits on a daily basis and that wasn't clarified before I signed the contract. Onboarding has gone fairly smoothly so far but I'm eager, and a little nervous, to migrate our patient records and find out how easy it is to access the data inside this tool.

Cons
One thing that frustrated me was how the team for this tool pushed to complete setup so fast that they didn't give me time to fully understand it or to think through alternatives or questions.

Cons
I do notice there's a learning curve when you first start and a few parts of the app could be smoother. From time to time it does throw a glitch but I've found the support team responds fast and usually gets things fixed quickly.

During a Google search, I came across this platform while moving my cosmetic injection practice from home to a physical location. I needed scheduling, multiple payment options and loyalty programs. This solution offered all of that. The setup felt easy and I felt genuinely supported throughout.
Cons
I'm not crazy about the credit system used here. I also wish SMS messaging came built in, though I understand you need to be cautious about overusing text messages. Additionally, some functions are only accessible when I'm on a desktop computer and I would love to have those same features available on my iPad.
