Pros
Excellent customer support left a strong impression on me. Responses were fast and clear and I was guided step by step to resolve my issue. The interface feels simple and the screenshot feature helped a lot.
Cons
Overall, I didn't find anything to complain about, the interactive service and the chance to explain my issue thoroughly led to a positive outcome and made accessing my Outlook account easy.

Pros
One thing I truly value is having everything needed to run my business in one place. I find the patient and client management features easy to use. The platform is pleasant to navigate and the support has been consistently reliable. Even though it's not the cheapest option, it feels like good value because help is always available.
Cons
Okay so... I'm still fairly new to this platform and up to this point I've been very pleased with every aspect I've tried. So far I haven't discovered anything about it that I dislike.

Pros
Using the platform feels effortless for me. Everything is centralized, so managing my clinic from one spot is easy. Regular setup meetings and strong customer support made onboarding much smoother.
Cons
For me, there haven't been any issues, the switch to the software was convenient. Whenever I've had questions, I've received plenty of communication and support.

Cons
The system is incredibly comprehensive and I know I would have had a hard time setting it up by myself, the configuration alone would have been overwhelming. Fortunately, their team handled every step of the implementation and setup for me, communicating along the way which kept things moving smoothly and saved me from a lot of stress and frustration.

Pros
Coming from an IT background, I've been especially impressed by the success team and the overall business model. I noticed the rebuilt system right away and onboarding support has been consistent. I never felt abandoned after signing up. The software has met and exceeded my expectations and I can focus on growing my business instead of fighting slow tools.
Cons
Probably my main piece of feedback right now is how many emails I get with follow-ups and post-meeting summaries. When you're having two or more calls a week with the success team, the volume can feel like too much and I'm starting to tune them out. I expect the frequency will drop as we move further into onboarding but on the flip side, all those touchpoints also show that the software and team are very capable, which is exactly what I needed.

Pros
Launching my new aesthetic clinic became much easier with this platform. The interface feels simple and support responds quickly. These tools have saved time, reduced stress and improved the experience for my clients.
Cons
There were a couple of small hiccups, the system went offline for around an hour but I later discovered it was due to a scheduled update. Apart from that, I can't fault it, everything integrates really smoothly.

The level of customer support genuinely surprised me, especially for the price. I feel like I'm getting real value. I also appreciate that patients can manage their own diaries which adds convenience.
Cons
Honestly, I don't think it's a major problem but it would be useful to have a dedicated dentistry category since that field leans much more toward aesthetics and the current setup feels a bit generic for those needs.

From the very beginning, the team walked me through the interface step by step. Everything felt approachable and well explained. Their professionalism, quick problem-solving and support during tight deadlines made the process smooth.
Cons
The one oddity I ran into was that some of the onboarding felt unnecessarily offbeat: if you couldn't meet very early in the day, you might end up having to attend their main conference calls at 1 AM because of large time zone differences which was a bit awkward and inconvenient.

Working with such a warm and supportive team has been a real pleasure for me. The customized booking platform is visible to clients and has clearly improved engagement and loyalty.
Cons
Honestly, there wasn't anything about the service that I didn't like. From my experience the account setup spanned roughly four weeks overall but I believe that time was worthwhile to guarantee every feature and setting matched what I wanted and what my business actually needs and allowed me to fine-tune the platform.

I like the smooth transition from clinical notes to photos, appointments, and admin tasks. Importing photos is easy, and they can be displayed side by side.
Cons
I would like easier direct entry to fields such as medical history, family history, social history rather than only have it automated from the medical questionnaire form. Investigations are not very developed yet in terms of export of tests / import of results, not much for imaging, and no inbuilt scoring system for things like BMI, CVS risk, dementia screen etc
