Friendly and thorough support

Pros

What impressed me was how quickly and thoroughly my concern was handled, she was so friendly and took the time to explain everything to me which felt really nice.

Cons

I miss having the option to let my client add a tip on an invoice, it's not a deal-breaker for me but I'm used to that feature and I find its absence inconvenient.

Outstanding and efficient help

Pros

The customer support has stood out to me as outstanding and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The support team has been extremely helpful and efficient every time I've needed them.

Cons

So far, I haven't run into any problems, this system works well for my business and at the moment I don't have any concerns or issues related to it.

Patient and helpful service

Pros

From my experience, customer support has been excellent. The reminder emails and WhatsApp messages are genuinely useful, the support reps were patient and I'd happily suggest this to a colleague.

Cons

It's not really a flaw but I had to invest a fair amount of time getting to grips with all the features and how they work. Still, I genuinely think that after the system is optimised, it will make for an outstanding platform.

thorough onboarding

Pros

The onboarding process felt easy and very thorough to me. I'd definitely recommend it because the team took time to understand our business needs and apply the right settings.

Cons

Do note that I had to wait an initial 7-10 days while our data was migrated into the system which isn't a real negative but something I would flag if you're trying to get started quickly.

simple interface for scheduling

Pros

interface feels simple and clearly designed and I find it easy to book appointments, set up email automation and share forms.

Cons

Personally, I was initially thrown off by the sheer number of functions in the app but after using it regularly it quickly became easy to use.

Steady guidance

Pros

Overall, I've had an excellent experience using this tool. The team went beyond basic training and actually guided me through launching my company, staying patient and supportive throughout which made me feel they truly cared about my success.

Cons

Although a few of the revenue meetings began a bit later than scheduled, I thought that once they did happen they were absolutely fantastic and very productive.

aligned clinical workflow

Pros

As a nurse, I use this tool daily for charting and it has quickly become one of my favorite clinical tools. The clean, modern interface makes documentation faster and less stressful, customization fits our clinic workflow well, AI dictation saves me time and even though some terminology feels EU-focused, support has always been helpful when I need clarification.

Cons

The app isn't as simple as the web version, the pop-up windows and navigation don't feel as user-friendly as they do in the browser. I also find myself needing to refresh the app frequently throughout the day to "wake up" the user interface which interrupts my workflow and can be frustrating when I'm switching tasks on the floor.

Quick and responsive support

Pros

Customer support has really impressed me, as the team is easy to contact, responds quickly and resolves issues fast. I also find the platform logical and simple to navigate, with ongoing support that helps with setup and growth.

Cons

While some procedures involve a lot of steps and felt overwhelming at first if you're unfamiliar, it just took me some time to get used to them. After I invested time exploring the system, the workflows started to make sense and felt logical.

Sophisticated software with support

Pros

As a user, I've found this software to be advanced and well thought out. The smart features, clear onboarding guidance and responsive support make it stand out for me.

Cons

Integrated workflows and automation

Pros

I rely heavily on the integrated setup for leads, bookings and the mobile app and the automated workflows save a lot of manual work. Reporting issues through the ticket system is easy, integrations were simple to set up and I keep discovering new benefits as I use it more.

Cons

My main frustration is the add-on ecosystem like Marketing Plus and Care Plus, they use credits for the AI features and it feels like the system keeps pushing more 'Plus' options to squeeze out extra features. That makes the overall cost climb quickly and along with the base price the total does add up more than I expected.

Fast and helpful setup

Pros

The setup process felt quick and easy to me. A single phone call answered all my questions and Bryan was especially helpful when installing the new payment terminal.

Cons

It can be a bit sluggish sometimes, the card reader occasionally takes longer than expected to confirm that a payment has gone through but I don't have any other issues.

Honestly, everything included feels fantastic and works together well. I find the interface simple and the team is always available whenever I have a question.

Cons

Pros

For me, having everything in one platform makes managing appointments, notes, consent forms and communication much faster and easier. It keeps the clinic organized and saves time for both admin and clinical staff.

Cons

I found the onboarding to be overly complicated and the sudden flood of numerous emails that arrive makes the whole process confusing and hard to follow.

Pros

This tool has really impressed me as a user-friendly system that's easy to navigate, even for newcomers. What made the biggest difference was the exceptional customer support which made the transition smooth and reassuring.

Cons

Not exactly a complaint but I found the onboarding to be extremely thorough and detailed, which I appreciate because it helps everything run smoothly down the line. Still, it would have been useful to have a clearer heads-up about how many onboarding calls and configuration steps were required so I could have scheduled my time more effectively. Even so, the platform performs very well and the onboarding sessions ended up being quite valuable.

great implementation support

Pros

So far, I've had strong implementation support and responsive customer service and the system feels comprehensive enough to meet our practice needs.

Cons

As a new user I'm still a bit uncertain but so far everything appears to be working well and I really hope additional add-ons like blood test requests function just as smoothly.

Pros

Scheduling appointments with this tool is really easy and I find the customer support reasonably helpful, it also makes finding clients relatively easy.

Cons

I've experienced occasional glitches while clients try to pay in the clinic and that has caused us to lose revenue and sometimes resulted in clients receiving treatment without being charged.

Excellent support for clinics

Pros

the customer support has been excellent with this tool and I find it very easy to use for managing an aesthetic clinic. The layout feels clean, clear and simple to work with.

Cons

However, I wouldn't recommend it for general medical practices like GP clinics because it doesn't integrate with online pharmacies or diagnostic labs.

Pros

From my experience, the platform is really easy to use and brings all my business management needs into one place. I also like knowing there is round-the-clock support available whenever I need help.

Cons

Honestly, I'm noticing that there is quite a bit of a learning curve, although that's true for most tools, I'm still getting familiar with how the platform functions and won't be able to give a proper evaluation until my business is up and running live.
