smooth organizing but no holidays

Pros

Using this feels really simple and it makes organising my appointments easy. I also appreciate that it automatically sends reminders by SMS and email.

Cons

the only real drawback is that public holidays aren't automatically added into the diary, I have to enter them myself.

Everything I need in one place

Pros

It brings booking, payments, calendars, admin tools and video calls together in one place. I have everything I need in a single system, plus extra features to explore if my business grows. I've gotten so much of my time back. Payments are handled and easy to track. Clients can cancel their bookings. Automation and templates save me loads of time. There's flexibility in setting up the system and tailoring it to how I run things. A big benefit over competitors for me is being able to require advance monthly payments and tie them to appointments,no more getting paid after the fact!

Cons

Migrating wasn't as simple as I'd hoped, I ended up spending a lot of time entering things manually. The calendar sync is frustrating because the diary only updates one way instead of offering a true three-way sync. Also, I can't send bulk emails unless I use a template and the messages I send through the system are unique every time.

Tailored perfectly for my clinic

Pros

Being able to tailor my notes exactly to the way I work has been fantastic and I've discovered a whole host of other customizable options that I plan to add over time to streamline running and managing my chiropractic clinic so it's both simpler and more efficient. Their customer support helped me get up and running fast and addressed my questions promptly which I really appreciate. In my view Power Diary delivers everything you need , a solid practice management solution with excellent support and reasonable pricing too!

Cons

I honestly can't point to any real downsides to it, except that its breadth of features felt a bit overwhelming when I first started using it. That initial learning curve seems normal for any new software though and I didn't stay stuck because a rep stepped in and guided me through setup so I could begin using it without delay.

An all-in-one simple solution

Pros

It is incredibly convenient and simple to set up, the payment integration was simple to implement and it handles email and SMS communication well. It also supports telehealth features, scheduling, customizable options, digital forms, a client portal and a cloud-based system that's compatible across multiple devices, truly an all-in-one solution!

Cons

One drawback I've noticed is that the system doesn't automatically time out after a period of inactivity, which concerns me from a security and privacy standpoint.

Saves me hours every month

Pros

PD's billing and reconciliation tools cut down my monthly workload by hours and they also reduce mistakes when I'm tracking payments. Because of them, my setup looks far more professional now, so I'm really grateful to PD.

Cons

The way scheduling is set up feels somewhat awkward, and it could use a more interactive redesign. What bugs me most is having to manually adjust session end times even after I've picked a service that's supposed to be, for example, 50 minutes long.

Great service but a bit pricey

Pros

I am impressed with their customer service , they respond quickly and I always appreciate that fast turnaround.

Cons

Prices feel on the high side, and I'd really appreciate a reduction for long-standing customers like us. We've occasionally taken a financial hit when the platform goes offline. That said, the booking feature has unquestionably made scheduling simpler for our clients. If they keep adding features , for example, support for direct debit and more flexible appointment settings , Power Diary would become an even stronger, more adaptable tool for different types of businesses. All in all, I'm satisfied.

Perfect for all my client records

Pros

It is excellent for storing all my client records in a single, organized and easily reachable place. It really makes my day-to-day work less complicated. Their customer support is superb , whenever I have a question I consistently receive a warm, helpful reply the same day.

Cons

I am aware they're in the process of enhancing the group appointment scheduling features.

very easy setup and everyday use

I find it really simple for everyday use, getting set up took almost no time and because I can build email and letter templates for my clients, it's become really easy to keep things organized and efficient.

friendly software but misses a feature

Pros

Using it feels really easy, I can make it as simple as I want and when issues crop up the team responds quickly.

Cons

I often do home visits and so far I haven't found an option for that in the app, it would be fantastic if it could also compute distances between each home visit for me.

Love how interactive it is

Pros

I absolutely love using it , it's so interactive. I've been able to automate a bunch of administrative paperwork and that has made the intake flow incredibly smooth for me. I've already told several of my colleagues about it and recommended they try it.

Cons

the pricing seems fair so I don't really have any complaints.

helpful booking feature

Pros

Being able to allow clients to book and manage their own appointments has been helpful and I also value the automated appointment reminders plus the telehealth access for video sessions

Cons

I have to rely on the administrator to open up appointment slots which adds an extra step and sometimes causes delays.

user friendly for forms & emails

Pros

I find the interface very user-friendly and I can process forms and send mass emails directly to my entire client base without fuss.

Cons

My only annoyance is that I sometimes forget exactly where the forms are stored in the system, which can be frustrating.

Perfect for appointments and automatic reminders

Pros

I'm able to set appointments and then forget about having to remind people because the system takes care of sending reminders for me.

Cons

I find it somewhat difficult to use this as my personal diary, like entering the different activities, who I'm meeting and so on. I tend to just block out the times I need to be away and then hope I can remember what each blocked slot was for.

simple features for my work

Pros

What I really like is how simple the features are to use. There aren't a bunch of unnecessary bells and whistles , the tool gives me exactly what I need for my line of work. Figuring out the platform is pretty interactive so I hardly ever have to consult the tutorials. I use it for scheduling, electronic medical records and my Telehealth platform.

Cons

Managing form templates and the other templates I might use in the system is a bit tricky and I often struggle to keep them properly organized.

Amazing UI

Pros

The user interface really appeals to me. I also appreciate that everything, including email communication can be handled in a single system. Although I'm not the one who manages the program, it seems highly customizable which isn't always an option with other EHRs.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a bit longer to load and get going, though once it's up everything works smoothly. On a related note, I do miss the mobile app we had with our previous EHR because having quick access would be ideal. Still, I can open the platform through my phone's browser and that solution functions well enough for my needs.
